The staff is incredibly kind and supportive, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. It's worth noting that he is a busy surgeon, so you do need to be patient with scheduling -- but in my opinion, that speaks to how in-demand and trusted he is. One thing that really stood out to me was the environment of the office. It has a strong faith-based presence, and while I'm not personally religious, I found it surprisingly comforting. I was told that during the building process, he would come in and write scripture within the structure of the office, which I thought was such a meaningful and intentional touch. On the day of surgery, I was understandably nervous, but the entire team made me feel at ease. The anesthesiologist was absolutely hilarious and helped lighten the mood right away. Right before surgery, the doctor asked if I would like him to pray with me. Even though I'm not religious, I said yes -- and it ended up being a really grounding, calming moment that I genuinely appreciated. Now, about 14 weeks post-op, I can honestly say I am so happy with my results. I feel confident, comfortable, and like I got exactly what I asked for. I recently saw another dermatologist who diagnosed me with another condition. He recommended I switch to a PPO for my medication. I managed to switch my insurance within a few days. However he wasn't able to see me again until the end of January, despite me expressing to the front office I was doing pretty badly. So I found Dr. O on Yelp and called his office. I explained to them my situation and amazingly they squeezed me in the same day. Dr. O even reviewed my labs the same night I sent it and cleared me for my meds, then gave me a sample. His and his office's level of compassion and care really saved me! Looking forward to my follow up appointment and hopefully the road to recovery.

I have been coming here for my pedicures recently and just wanted to submit some feedback…read more I have had a lot of pedicures done and the pedicure chair is comfortable, however where you rest your feet for the pedicure is not... its plastic and there is no cushion. After getting my pedicure done my foot was hurting from having to be rested on that area for over an hour at an angle. I am contemplating coming here again just due to that, most chairs have a cushion where you lay your feet and although it a small detail it is uncomfortable for the client. Other than that everything else was great and the techs are very nice just wanted to give some feedback. Ty!
