I was not planning to stop by this shop but was in the center shopping for a new phone. Instead I decided to ask about repairing my phone before heading to Tmobile. I was given an awesome price as I had been quoted ridiculously to fix it at other places. The young guy finished fixing it in about 30 minutes and took the time to neatly make sure the LCD was neat and spotless. Got a new case and screen protector, too. I had a phone with a scratch on the screen that I wanted to have fixed. I stopped by Touch-Tel to have them replace my screen. I thought this would be a simple procedure however that was not the case. They ended up ruining my phone by using Krazy glue to apply the screen, it got all over the front of the new screen and they tried to convince me that it was no problem When I pointed out that it was visible and that the screen was not even put on correctly they finally admitted that they made a mistake and and normally do not use that kind of glue. I wanted a refund but they would not give it to me. I would not go near this place, in my opinion they are a bunch of hacks. read more

I have been to this establishment numerous times and didn't have any problems until today when they lost my business. They for one don't honor their lifetime warranty for repairs but that's not what has me upset (I had glitching issues on my phone & then eventually a green line on the right side of screen popped up that wouldn't go away). My screen wasn't cracked or anything like that so I wanted them to just swap it out for one that works properly. They refused to do so because they said the damage is done inside of the screen. I expressed I didn't mind throwing them some cash for labor/time but I by NO MEANS was trying to pay the $330 I initially paid for the screen repair. He agreed and told me he could do it for $50. I questioned him $50? He nodded so I agreed to have it done and came back twenty minutes later to have another worker ring me up for $250 (before tax)!! I was beyond furious and when we asked the guy who agreed to $50 he said "No, no I said $250... maybe my voice was scratchy or something." Absolutely unacceptable there is no way I would have agreed to $250. So $600 later I got a screen that appears to be working. So if you do go here get everything in writing before they do your repair & just be prepared that they might not honor/replace the screen if it's defective. read more

Do NOT go to this store. My mother-in law brought her phone to get the charging unit replaced. They told her it would take 2.5 hours to fix it. When we returned to the shop 2.5 hours later they said we had to wait another 25 minutes because the phone was being repaired at their other shop. The repairman got on the phone and was trying to tell us that it was the battery that needed to be changed too. My mother-in law knew it was just the charging unit that needed to be repaired as we just had it looked at at Verizon. Then they changed their story saying it was just the charging unit andthat they would repair it. So after waiting already 3 hours the original repair never was completed! They said to come back in 30 minutes and it would be ready. Again we returned only to find the phone was still not back in the store. Finally the person returning the phone arrived back at the store. He scolded us, stating we were being inpatient when all we were doing was coming back when they told us to! My mother-in laws phone charging unit was fixed and now she can't talk to anyone on the phone as the speaker is not working. She called back and they said it would be another $40 to fix it! It was not broke before they did the repair! What kind of business is this? Let's fix one thing, break another and charge them more to fix it! read more

I took an iPhone X in to have it fixed. Upon returning to pick ip the phone an employee there dropped it! It didn't work again! It had worked somewhat when I brought it in, but had lines running through it. They asked me to return in an hour and they would have it fixed. When I returned, the main man there told me "there's something wrong with the motherboard and I cannot fix it'!" "A part needs to be welded on". I'm pretty sure when the girl dropped it, She broke it and he was making it my responsibility to get it fixed again after paying him $104.00. I will never return there again! Also, He took the protective screen off and didn't put it back on! He just told me the man who does the welding was not there and wanted to charge me another hundred and some dollars!!!!! When they broke it! Or rather the girl working there dropped it! You will be sorely disappointed if you take your phone in there to be fixed!!!! read more

I paid these guys over $200 to fix the screen of my phone. They did a poor job, and when I asked about it, they said there was nothing they could do. It broke completely, but just after their "warranty" had expired. Save yourself the aggravation and get a certified repair. These guys buy cheep parts NOT certified OEM parts. DON'T DO IT. read more

I had a good experience here getting screen protectors applied. Irene did a perfect job applying screen protectors to two phones - and of course they guarantee it. Irene was charming and professional. She was helpful and patient as we tried out various car mounts, arm bands, and cases. Because of the shop size, the selection isn't comprehensive, but they have most of anything you might need, particularly for mainstream phones. I recommend you give them a try before heading to any of the larger chain shops. read more

I have never been so disrespected before in any place of business then this location by an employee in my entire 32 years of living. I have been coming here for years and I've spent thousands of dollars on fixing cell phones and bringing in business. I've even brought in items for them to resell because that's how much I've been coming here and how much I believe in this place. Not anymore. Garbage employee makes this business just that. The demeanor, attitude, and tone of your employee makes your business and that is something you should be embarrassed of. Hopefully the owner finds out soon. I spent $200 on a screen for my iPhone XS and they've swapped it out one more time and less than a month later it's messing up again.
