They were very responsive when I called to get information about prices etc. from the reviews I thought this was a good choice to clean windows at a house which was getting ready to be sold. Booked for a Wednesday because house was being shown Friday. I live an hour away from the house. I booked and confirmed an appointment and made arrangements to be at the house the day of the appointment . An hour after he was supposed to arrive, I texted and asked if he was coming. He was caught up at a previous house And wanted to reschedule for the next day. I told him I couldn't be at the house and if he was ok doing the job and waiting for inspection to be paid. He said that was ok and I texted the lockbox code. After that I texted to see if he got to the house. Wondering if there any issues. No response. Not only is Eugene easy going and personable, his work is outstanding! I called him late on a Friday and he initially said he could accommodate me on a Sunday since I had to go out of town Sunday night but then he was able to come by Saturday. This was a huge help! He was able to accommodate my tight schedule by flexing his schedule. He came with 2 other young men and they were all professional, polite and fast! The job was fabulous!!!! Gene did the windows, screens, sills, etc. There was a bit of confusion with the quote, but it was talked through and adjustments were made by myself and Gene.
