The first nail she took off she took it off incorrectly and wasn't listening when I said it was hurting she tore the nail off and the tip of my nail was gone. I immediately get up and walk out. She had no reason to take the nail off like that especially since she's the one who did my nails the previous time. The quality is terrible and the entire business is unprofessional. I've only been here twice and both times weren't pleasant. This establishment is an embarrassment to the nail business and they shouldn't be open. If I could put no stars I would.
