In the process of getting nails removed, I decide I might as well get a basic pedicure. The entire time I'm being service my nail tech and several other techs (4 to be exact) proceeds to laugh and play. A lady sitting beside me expressed her frustrations. She stated she normally was a really good tipper but would not tip today and suggested I do the same. The techs was very rude and dismissive. As my service was came to an end...another customer comes in for a pedicure. She takes her shoes off and sit down. The nail tech goes over and begins to service her. A few words were exchanged and she immediately refused service. I'm not sure what was going on today but the service and atmosphere were horrible today. I usually tip very well...anywhere between 20 to 35 dollars, but not today! And top add a cherry on top...she over charged me. 30 for the pedicure 12 for taking the nails off. 10 for clear polish on my nails only. And 10 for taking the polish off my toes even through I paid for a pedicure. So yeah there's a very good chance I'll never visit again. I'm sure a few other ladies gel the same way. Sheesh

I mentioned I wanted my nails cut down, but there was no discussion around length and he ended up choosing it for me. They are now much shorter than I wanted. I also booked a fill and showed a picture of an ombré French. He said he didn't have time and that I would need a full set. When I agreed to switch, he then told me no and insisted on a fill. At that point, I should have left, but I stayed and regretted it. I understand time restrictions but this was upsetting. The nails don't look terrible, but they're not what I asked for and look a bit lumpy and rushed.

Some are crooked & others aren't snatching in shape. I wanted them longer too, but one of the tips got blasted with the sanding tool. Instead of replacing the tip to keep the length, she continued and shaved down the length of all of them. I would've been ok with that if the finished product was so bad. The lumpiness is driving me crazy. I seriously want to remove these and get new ones even though I just got them. I also got my normal gel pedicure. That service is good. His family video called him and he answered and kept stopping to chat with them. He made my cuticles bleed and one ended up getting infected. It took him about an hour and 45 minutes to do my nails, when in other salons it's taken 1 hour for the same treatment with the same product out come. The placed reeked of smoke. He was very well spoke and nice. My nails have lasted for 3 weeks, but I will not be returning.
