They market a particular massage therapy that is costly and did not feel any different than any other trained nail technician's massage in the past. The free eye mask is a nice touch. And for the price you pay, the white nail polish is still fairly cheap quality watered down with acetone. Professionalism: My nail technician was male and friendly. I feel so blessed to have found this salon for my gel x! I recently moved to Little Rock. I have been getting gel X on my nails for the past two years in Los Angeles. Very few salons offer gel X in my area and I got lucky when Tammi picked up the phone and said she could do it for me. I've been going to her ever since. She is kind and thoughtful and very meticulous with her work. I am in the same industry as a hairdresser, and consider myself to be a little picky when it comes to my nails. They last me for five weeks even when I'm working hard with my hands. They are also beautiful. I get compliments on my nails all the time. I love the space it always looks so clean. I have come here a few times and my first experience was amazing but for some reason the last 3 times I've been I haven't had a good experience with getting my nails done, I came back because I wanted to give them another try considering how good my first experience was. the pedicure feels nice however I didn't get the same things done that I did my last pedicure even though I paid for the exact same thing the guy doing the pedis is amazing regardless however with my nails I've been disappointed twice in a row now and it's pretty frustrating considering how expensive it is to come here. the first time I came to get an acrylic overlay which was decent but bulky but honestly it wasn't bad enough for me to be upset however when I came to get the overlay filled in it was cracking at the cuticle after 3 DAYS! when I called to get it fixed I wasn't offered any kind of discount or anything so I just told them to take it off and I'll get a regular gel manicure which lasted a decent amount of time before starting to crack however my pain job was applied a little messy on top of being slightly bumpy (which I let go because I assumed it was just my nails being a little wild from removing the overlay) my top coat didnt even cover the whole nails I applied my own when I got home because I don't have time to keep coming back especially when it should have been okay before I left and it looked okay until I washed my hands, then I had come back to get them re done after about 2 weeks because that manicure was cracking and just got my nails done again yesterday (12/13) super short French on my nails and toes because I'm about to have my baby and I'm not sure why the paint job is so messy considering all of the pictures on their page are beautiful and extraordinary! And on top of it, looking a little crazy the guy that did my nails cut me and top coated the blood into my nail so now I have blood in my French tip manicure, which is obviously very ugly. I'm not sure why this has happened again but honestly with how much money I've spent here I'm pretty much over it and I kept coming back because I bought a gift and got a bunch of little vouchers for doing so. But after another irritating experience, I do not believe I will be coming back. read more

Definitely worth the stop. Easily accessible. Clean interior with a welcoming vibe. Walked in for a Mani Pedi for both myself and my daughter. I appreciated how comfortable they made us, and how they listened to our needs. They checked in frequently with my daughter to make sure she was ok. She was a little nervous and shy. They have an excellent selection of colors and are well organized. We were visiting from out of town and they gave us some excellent suggestions. We have been considering moving to the area, and this place has been added to the pros list. read more

My first time there and they not very polite. They moved me from the pedicure section where my feet were already soaking to get my nails done. I said okay. John cut my cuticle while using the machine-he apologized - I said it's fine although my nail cuticle was stinging still. I showed him what I wanted.....asked him if I could leave my nails on certain fingers with the clear gel x.. he said no althogh that was false information. I showed him a Pic of the design and asked if he could do it, he said yes and screen shot it with his phone....once he started I noticed that he was painted the entire nail and I stopped him to ensure we were on the same page..he got an attitude with me and I abruptly ended my service and proceeded to pay where Tammy informed me that I was a difficult customer and taking too long when they have other customers and are busy. I was chill literally the entire time and minding my business so I politely told her that if I am paying for a service , and am new I expect for them to give me the service I paid for and if I am asking questions on the various things on their menu to ensure that I select appropriately for what I am looking to get , I expect for them to educate me on it as a business. I paid for what they did to that point and walked out..I didn't want any additional service that I originally booked them for. I also notice that they are super nice to certain customers for those who can catch what I am saying. First time not ever going back and that was surprising for this area. read more
