The only good thing I experienced here is, This salon is clean. I received a gift certificate from a friend for my birthday. Booking a appointment was easy and the staff was friendly. I went in for a facial and pretty much had my face washed. It was nothing special and not worth the cost. But it was a gift, so I did not complain, nor would I go back there for that service. I had $14 or $15 left over from service to go toward another service in the future. I received a email for a massage special, $20 off a hour massage ($90 down to $70) I messaged the salon to book this service, thought I'd try something different and use my remaining gift certificate. I did get a prompt response. However, they would not allow me to use my $14ish dollar remaining on my gift certificate toward the special offer. One or the other was the response, it would be to complicated to "combine it". I did respond, that they already got the funds for the certificate so it should be the same as cash. Sadly they did not see it that way. I will not return to this salon for services now or in the future. I do not recommend purchasing a gift certificate from this salon. read more

Keri always does an amazing job on her massages! She always takes the time to speak with you and find out what issues you are having and how she can best serve you. The environment is very relaxing and calming. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed as always she does a wonderful job. Definitely 5 stars! I have had two AMAZING massages from Keri. One deep tissue and the second was a hot stone massage. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Keri took the time to listen to my concerns and customized the massages for my special needs. I love love love the energy once you enter her studio, through the massage, till the end. I could tell immediately she has a passion for what she does and that makes the biggest difference in the world. After that first visit, I signed up for a membership and return every 3-5 weeks for a full body deep tissue massage. I have been lucky enough to be treated by all 3 therapist and would recommend Keri, Derrick, or Kimberly. Keri is very careful when selecting a therapist for her team.
