When no equipment or installers arrived, I spent an hour and a half on the telephone trying to sort it out. The four people I spoke with all apologized and couldn't understand why or how it had been canceled. An email arrived advising that I was to do a self install, although no equipment has ever been sent and it would be impossible for me to install FIOS! Another install was scheduled and assurances made that the installers would in fact come the following week July 10, and the equipment would be there prior to that date. When no equipment arrived and they did not show for a 2nd time today, I called in to cancel. 6 different people all politely apologized to me and tried to assure me that they would come on a third scheduled appointment on the 12th! Seriously? Imagine my surprise when I received a bill today from Frontier for services started on July 5 ( original scheduled install date) Dennis in the retention department finally was able to cancel my order, cancel my account, and request credit removing all charges. Yet it will be 7-10 days for approval, he tells me not to pay this account, and there shouldn't be a problem. I have an order confirmation # and it won't be a surprise to me if I have to follow up on this also. I have no confidence in Frontier after so many blunders and wasted time. My service was never even started, but they are billing me for it. Each time I have had to call in, it take several people and about an hour and a half transferring you between departments. Do you have time for this? I would hope this organization takes a real look at their lack of communication between departments and becomes more proactive than apologetic.

I cancelled my service for a number of reasons and made an appt to drop off my equipment. I brought everything in but the wonderful employee who can't do his job, didn't scan everything in. So now I get emails saying if I don't bring the equipment in, I'll be charged. Of course you can't reach the store directly so you call their 800#. And of course the person on the other line is blaming me for not getting a receipt. Oh and they need 7 days to find the equipment and during that time I'll still be charged. Thanks Spectrum, the store on Dale Mabry in Tampa and the waste of a customer service person on the 800#. Just confirmed the many reasons of why leaving was a great idea.

Not to actually give out our ages but we signed up for their 'Unlimited 55+' plan. It has 2 lines for $60/month. The plan has unlimited talk, text and DATA! It does require that you use a credit card or bank account for AutoPay. No contract. No problem! We are grandfathered (no pun intended) into this plan in perpetuity. Everyone that we met was friendly and helpful. Chris set up our accounts and he was clearly a veteran of cellphone activation. From start to finish, we were only in there for about 30 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend T-Mobile and this location in particular.

The current month i've been charged $155. Yesterday they bounced me around between 6 different agents. Three of them I could not understand because their accent was so thick.
