Joan way my technician and she was so pleasant and friendly. Made the process less stressful and efficient. She gave clear directions and only had to redo one item. The changing rooms were nice with and according style door with magnets so it's not just a sheet covering the opening like other places. Their system is programmed to drop you without any concern when you are waiting on hold for a STAT appt or desperate need. Completely insensitive and unhelpful. Their reports are often blurry and illegible even after requesting originals multiple times. They send faxes with blurry streaks and multiple printer lines and marks making them impossible to read. Good luck with your treatment.

The waiting room is large with plenty of available seats and a TV. Within 5 minutes they called me up and I had my scan done in ten minutes, maybe less. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The machine was very clean and looked new. They had a knee pillow for me to use without having to ask. Talk about quality of care! I will definitely be coming here for all my imaging needs.

I went through a lot of emotional stress due to his diagnosis! My gastroenterologist did a Fibro scan and found I did not have cirrhosis of the liver. I had mild fatty liver. My cap score was 238. Anything under that is normal anything above it to 259 is mild! I do not recommend this facility! I called their facility and told them I was going to report him to the medical board. That was scary…read more.. Following last week's screening, I was called in for another series that was much more detailed and extensive. This has happened to me in other cities with other imaging centers... it has to do with 3D mammograms and how they perceive tiny calcifications. According to cancer.org, "Getting called back after a screening mammogram is fairly common and doesn't mean you have breast cancer. In fact, fewer than 1 in 10 women called back for more tests are found to have cancer." I arrived 20 minutes early and walked into a crowded waiting room. Nevertheless, my documentation was immediately updated and I was only made to wait about 5-6 minutes before I was called in. I was handed a pre-warmed robe and allowed to change. After having read the disgruntled reviews by women who have had to wait nearly an hour, I checked the time and realized that my screening was underway several minutes AHEAD OF TIME. Waiting for a mammogram is not easy. I feel for any woman who has to wait, no matter what her circumstances are (especially because some are exponentially bad!). Waiting for the results of a mammogram - especially when you're there for a second screening - is emotionally draining. I only had to wait about ten minutes and thankfully, I was given the all clear. Such relief. My radiologist was so gentle, kind and thoughtful. So was the woman at the front desk who signed me in. Still, I'm thrilled that I won't be seeing any of them for another year. Whew!
