I started training with Alida shortly after I reached my breaking point with my weight. I was 15 pounds heavier than I had ever been, and I didn't want to get any heavier. I bought 15 training sessions from Alida and was nervous about starting; I ate terrible and hadnt worked out since high school. My very first training session was amazing--our personalities clicked instantly and I knew that I had not only started my journey to weight loss, but I had also gained a new friend. I was born missing part of my right arm, and Alida was amazing with customizing the workouts to what I was able to do. Before working out with her, I never would have thought to lift weights--but now I feel like I didnt fully work out unless I lifted weights. I've worked out with several different personal trainers before but I always felt uncomfortable. I had gained some weight and was looking for a healthy stress outlet when I bought a couple sessions. I have from day 1 enjoyed working out with Alida even though I hate exercise in any form because she is an amazing motivator and is always supportive.
