We got six flavors to try and here's our ratings (refer to photo). Pandan Coconut - 10/10, our fav by a long shot!!!! Bavarian - 6.5/10, needed a bit more flavor but we loved the creaminess. Strawberry Rhubarb - 6/10 (I liked it more than my partner but he's not a big strawberry fan, worth trying for sure!!). Everything Donut - 7/10, a little in the salty side but fun to try for sure!! Classic Cinnamon - 7/10, light, fluffy and airy. Nutella - 4/10, the Nutella was super thick inside this so you have to strategically plan your bites so you're getting and even amount of donut to Nutella ratio, my first bite was like eating a big spoonful of peanut butter, obviously tasty tho Nutella is delish. I also like the plain sourdough donut ($4) with no filling because I don't have much of a sweet tooth. My favorite flavor is the pandan one because it's not too sweet (saying "it's not too sweet" is a meme but also kind of an ultimate compliment for Chinese taste buds). I recently went on at 8:30 am on a Friday, waited in line for about 20 minutes and was able to buy the donuts I wanted. They always have a line but it seems like you can still have a solid chance of getting donuts if you line up to an hour even after opening. They also have some batch drinks on tap, a nice space with enough seating, and even some board games and books.

I loved the color they chose, the bright green really made them stand out amongst the 30 some odd trucks at the event. They drew a large crowd but turned customers around fast so the long line was served very quickly. I had the coconut cream brulee and it was amazing. I would highly recommend! I wish they were slightly cheaper as the portion size was relatively small and mine did not even appear to be torched so I believe they were able to make it ahead of time and then serve, which probably helps them serve customers more quickly and manage the large queue they served at the event. This drink was so refreshing. It's a great drink for spring and summer. I highly recommend this drink! My boyfriend tried the Fugue State: Old overholt rye, bigallet China-china, tiki bitters, Lambrusco, and orange peel. He liked it and said it was like an old fashioned.
