Chocolate NEW Tuxedo & Choco Cloud Piece

My sister and I had two different slices of the chocolate cake. They were light, fluffy and flavorful. Price isn't horrible, the presentation definitely makes up for it. Staff is kind but it is a cafe so you're seating yourself and picking up after yourself of course. The building is bright and music was pleasant at a low enough volume to have a conversation.

Great food, delicious offerings ands splendid coffee. We spend a lot of time in France and Western Europe, and have been to hundreds of cafes over the years. This is the closest you can get stateside! We tried for different offerings and they were all light, tasty, lower sugar than any American bakery, all very European qualities, and most of all, fresh and crispy. Baked goods in the US are notoriously soft, lack crust or crunch and taste of preservatives to survive their journey to your local grocery. None of that here. We were very impressed with the freshness, the quality of the ingredients and the flavor combinations the bakery has come up with. The coffee was smooth with hints of hazelnut and chocolate, and required no sweetener of any kind, also very European. The interior is light and airy as well, inviting and not overly loud. Servers were kind and attentive and even answered questions for us as it was our first time in. If you like European tastes and flair you need to give this place a try!

Last year I spent my birthday traveling Europe and on that day, we were in Paris. This year on my birthday, my bestie wanted to remind me of that spectacular day and sent me a delivery of GORGEOUS pastries and macarons from Tous Les Jours. The Blueberry Lavender Macaron was my favorite- truly the perfect amount of lavender so it doesn't end up tasting like soap. The strawberry and cream croissant was delicious- first thing we ate! Truly a perfect mix of slightly sweet, tart & savory. We are saving the rest for tomorrow. Each item was wrapped nicely, and placed into a larger bag- I think this shows what excellent care the staff puts into keeping everything looking as good as they know it will taste! We will absolutely be visiting one of their shops soon. We love pâtisserie & viennoiserie.

After coming back here and giving them another try I can confirm it is wayyy better than my first experience. I think pumpkin just does not go with matcha so that's on me for even ordering that the first time. I ordered the tiramisu matcha latte this time and wowwww is this going to be one of my new go to matcha spots. I also ordered a cake for my mom's birthday and it was sooo good. The perfect sweetness and lightness for a dessert. Would definitely recommend giving them a try!!

So went here with my son, grandson and granddaughter yesterday for a lunch adventure. This very bright and inviting place was a great place to have a decedent lunch. We got blueberry and cheese filled danishes, almond croissants, ham and cheese croissant and a Crookie (which was a chocolate chip cookie wrapped croissant). All were so fresh and delicious that I know there wasn't one calorie in the whole tray!!!! My son and I had lattes and they were the perfect temperature. Service was friendly and helpful with suggestions. I will gladly return when I get a craving for something so sinful!!!

Finally went to the much anticipated tous les jours because your girl loves some artisanal pastry even if it's made by the masses! Lol I don't have a sweet tooth, but damn do I have a really soft spot for good pastries. Very similar to Paris baguette but more drink options. Anywho, a lot of variety! Lots to choose from... Must get everything at some point lol... So I thought I was going to drop a minimum of 60 bucks but I actually ended up dropping a little under 40 for the amount that I got lol. So here's what I got... - slice of the blueberry cloud cake. I would give this 3 out of 5 only because the outside where it was sliced had a bit of a hard texture... Like it's sat out for a long time and it dried out. - strawberry cream croissant. 3 out of 5 only because I think they could have added more cream. The croissant itself was good. - chocolate avalanche pastry. I'm pretty sure that's not the name but I remember the word avalanche in there lol... My husband really liked it because it was good chocolate so he would probably rate this 5 out of 5. - half dip chocolate croissant. 5 out of 5 per my husband lol. - blueberry cheese Danish. 5 out of 5, very well done and delicious. - donut with vanilla bean cream. 4 out of 5, very good - the vanilla flavor did not taste super artificial. - a cream puff looking pastry with cream and strawberries. 3 out of 5, needed more cream. Overall, I am 100% coming back here. And I'm going to come back here and try the savory pastries. I definitely would like to try that garlic cream bun thing lol and the croquettes! I also really like that they had a really spacious seating area and it's not just like a grab and go type of thing. Good vibes.

Decided to try out this bakery and it is indeed a treat for the eyes with lots of variety. Self-serve - which I don't mind especially since there is so much to choose from. Unfortunately, some of the food didn't live up to the presentation. Perhaps because we went in the late afternoon. Almond croissants are one of my favorites, but there wasn't enough of the cream inside.

So happy to have this bakery close by! Easy parking and a bright and happy interior with some cafe space. It was hard to narrow down to a few pastries (sweet and savory ones), and then hard to pick a drink (ended up with ube). The cashiers were so nice and it was pretty speedy even though I had many odd shaped pastries on my tray. Highly recommend checking it out and I'll be back for the next birthday I celebrate!

The Ube Latte and the sweet frank roll have definitely become my new favorites. I've visited a couple of times now, and I believe I've found my perfect order. The service was quick, and the atmosphere is always light and airy. I can't wait for my next visit to Tous Les Jours!

Sweet and savory pastries and a lavender honey macchiato

Wow! This place is a bit overwelming at first arrival because there is just so much, but its all so good! There are rows of bakery cases of so many sweet and savory treats. There is also a refrigerated case and even fancy cakes! Grab a tray because it is all self serve. When you are finished selecting your items you take them up to the cash register. There you can order all kinds of coffee shop type drinks. I came midday and they seemed to be very busy while also training people at the same time so it took a bit for them to make my coffee. That was just run of the mill, but the pastries were awesome. The space itself is large and bright offering plenty of room to hangout and work or catch up with a friend.

    Iced Jasmine Tea ($3.25) w/ Honey ($0.95)
    Han L.

Highlight: Milk Cream Bread ($3.15), Iced Jasmine Tea ($3.25) w/ Honey ($0.95) Milk bread is soft and creamy with a hint of sweetness. The drink didn't offer a strong tea flavor and the honey was not mixed into the drink. Hospitality: Mostly self service to pick out the baked treats. Honorable Mention: So many pretty looking treats and drinks. Spacious with lots of natural lighting.

    Rachael H.

Came for the first time yesterday and WOW this is my new favorite place! There is so much to choose from that I got a box to take home. The curry croquette (I think that's what it's called?) and the kimchi croquette were incredible but my favorite by far was the mango cream donut. WOW. The dough is so light and fluffy, the sugar adds a great crunch and the cream is a beautiful combo of mango and lychee flavors. I also had an ube latte (no tea or coffee) and a tiramisu latte. I cannot wait to come back ASAP

    Jane R.

What a quaint little bakery! The drinks and pastries are so fresh and made with love. Definitely coming back here :)

In fact, I have searched Cincinnati high and low for the best chocolate chip cookie... and hands down, this is it. Okay, is it a little pricey? Probably. But is it worth it? Uh-huh. When you walk in, it feels like a boutique. It's all bright colors, and there is an area where you can place your order or wait to be called upon if you placed an order in advance. Before you leave with your cookie or literally cookies-- you are showed what is in the box...and gee, that box is heavy! The chocolate chip cookie I got was definitely still warm. It's one of those things that I don't mind paying a little bit more for, especially if I plan to nibble on it as a treat or (even!) eat it in one sitting. This is definitely not something I would do on a normal basis, but if I am in mood for a treat, I would check this place out. It also makes a great gift! In fact, I heard about this boutique version of cookies, because one of my students brought these in as a treat for us teachers. What a cool gift! PS: They now have a location in the heart of Deerfield Towne Center. This business is closed on Sundays, but they release on Sunday the cookies they will be featuring during the week, as the cookies they bake rotate. Typically, they still run a version of a chocolate chip cookie and a sugar cookie each week. Check them out!!

When got ready to serve the cookies I found a very long dark hair baked into the cookie. The next day I called Crumbl and politely explained to the manager about the cookie and how worried I was that someone else may find a hair. And how the hairy cookie/cookies tainted my event. I asked for some kind of compensation, gift card.... Something of an "I'm sorry on their end". The store manager said I'd have to speak to the district manager because she couldn't do anything for me. I called the next day (when the district manager was supposed to be in). I was told she was out and to call back. I called back a couple hours later and the district manager was supposedly still out. I then left my number as suggested by the store manager. She said she would text the district manager to call me. It's been over a week and I've had this "hairy cookie" in my purse to drop it by the store as proof. The cookie now really is "crumbled" . Idk what's happening at the Mason Crumbl. But I'd suggest visiting another store or perhaps finding another place for specialty treats for your guests!! It saddens me! Because both my husband and I work in Mason. This location is convenient for us... the specialness of a Crumbl cookie has lost its flavor!

We were beginning to cut the cake at 7 pm ( plenty of time to thaw we thought). As we cut it, the icing was very thick. The icing was like a brick and was just falling off the cake. As we cut the actual cake itself, it began to crumble. Every single piece of our cake fell apart while cutting. We used 3 different knives to cut it and had 2 different people attempting to cut it. We tried bigger and thin slices. Each piece just crumbled. The actual cake itself did taste good, but the icing was so thick. It was more icing than actual cake. We were very disappointed. My aunt went back to the store to get the issue resolved. It was her wedding gift to us and she wanted us to have a very good cake. She talked to the owner of the store and presented him with a video of the cake cutting. His immediate response was to blame the knife we used. He then asked if a caterer cut it. We did use 3 different knives ( two of which were designed to cut and serve cakes ). For cakes at this price point, if it needed such specific instructions for cutting, it should be known to the customer beforehand ! He did offer a refund but my aunt preferred the cake remade as this was a present and she wanted it done well for us. When we got the cake remade, it was beautiful. They made it better the second time than the first. They also included specific cutting instructions with the remade cake. This would have been useful to have the first time. When they dropped it off the first time no instructions were included and the people who dropped it off said nothing. They said multiple times they assumed we would be having a caterer which is why they didn't bother to say anything and then proceed to blame us later when the whole cake fell apart. Every single person at this cake shop had an attitude about the situation and could not be bothered to apologize or seem remorseful for the situation. This was my wedding cake, my guest and I were all extremely disappointed. I would not return again or ever recommend this shop to anyone else.
