Actual Rating Deserved - 10 Stars I'm so thankful for Yelp and those who took the time to rate these guys because I was able to experience 1st hand how absolutely true all these 5 star reviews are. I can't say enough good things about these "Tow Guys" such a simple name with an outstanding ability to do exactly what they say at an unbelievable affordable price. This was the 3rd company I called after wasting my morning on the phone with AAA being screwed over and feeling completely dissatisfied and disappointed as I've never felt so unappreciated and completely scammed by a company as AAA made me feel. So after calling 1 tow company I turned to Yelp where I asked for 2 quotes, this being the 2nd recommendation that came up for me, and reading what seemed to be to good to be true reviews I submitted my quote request with almost no hope as most of the time with these sort of things you get nothing but a bunch of spam and scam emails and calls and maybe a reply from the original company days later with a generic response. So I was very pleasantly shocked when 8 minutes later I had a personal message from Tony at Tow Guys giving me a price that was literally half the price of every other quote I had received and a phone number to contact to set up a time. I texted the number and within minutes was able to set up pickup time an hour later and the tow truck driver called me 45 mins later to let me know he was 20 minutes away and he was here right on time just like I had set up with the office and just as he had estimated his arrival time. If being on time with such short notice wasn't impressive enough, I was able to pay the driver upfront as he was taking my car to a shop and dropping it off, so I didn't have to go, he was very professional, friendly, and helpful, I was charged the exact price I was initially quoted when i reached out through the Yelp get a quote button, not a penny more, I couldn't believe how easy and honest and what an absolutely fantastic experience, i wish I could tow my car everyday because it was that easy and pleasant to do business with these Tow Guys! They will always be the only tow truck I ever call and I will make sure everyone I know has their phone number saved in their phone because its without a doubt the only tow company I will ever need as they made my towing experience an excellent easy experience! I made an appointment a day ahead for 3:00 pm. when 3:00 pm came and went I called and he was on another call 40 minutes away. I get the nature of the job but he could have let me know. ultimately he arrived 1.5 hours after the appointment time but was very nice, courteous and efficient once he started the job. read more
