Be careful this company is a huge scam and now they are operating under another name out of Fredericksburg called Twenty Four-Seven Towing. Tried to charge me $2,075 for a 22 mile towing that they told me would be $10 a mile. Wouldn't take my truck off their rollback. Had to call the police and 3 hours later they had to drop the truck. The owner demands only cash app which goes to his personal account so the charges can't be disputed. They really wanted to keep my truck. Once they arrived they changed the price to $760 and did not open my door for me (which I asked for). They blocked my number and drove off after unhooking my car. Cheats and liars. Hit a pothole and got a flat on the interstate. Called my car brands roadside service and set up a tow, but they were taking hours, so I looked up alternatives. Tow Kings was one of them. Their quote was in-line with what others had quoted: $85/hook-up plus $10/mile thereafter. Their time estimate was fastest, so I chose them. My dealership was five miles away. When we arrived at the dealer, I was presented an invoice for $471. To be paid by cash or cash-app only. I called the police and sat in the truck for two hours at the dealer (not allowing him to leave 'til the cops showed up. Unfortunately the cops could do nothing got her than talk them out of the additional $150 they wanted to charge me for making them wait. On the end I had to pay or the cop was going to allow him to take my car to impound in Fredericksburg, VA (over 90 minutes from home). So I paid. I have verified text messages from the other tow companies I called that their fee was capped for no more than $150. I hope the Better Business Bureau can find me relief, but I am not holding my breath. read more

Zero stars!! I had a flat tire on the side of the highway and wanted the spare put on so I could get home (4 miles away). I had to help the driver locate the Jack and tools to access the spare tire. The tow truck driver did not seem to know what he was doing. Unable to remove the spare tire from under the vehicle, he had to tow the vehicle to a tire place (more money of course). Before taking to vehicle off the truck, the driver says their credit card machine is broken and I have to use cash app to pay or he could drive me to an ATM. This business is doing something shaky. I spoke with this company at 4 pm. They came for my car finally after 1 hour of waiting. They did not tow my car to the intended destination but sent me a text message two hours later that they dropped the car in the same location as the pick up because of some alleged emergency. Do not trust - Suspicious service. We called them over for tow and asked multiple times for the price. They stated 10$/ mile, only disclosed how much for the milage and hid the extra service fee. After they performed the hook up they revealed the total price. A one mile tow took 445$ which is way overpriced.
