I see that a lot of people reviewed on how this business scammed them. But probably didn't take it to the court because it's pricey. I opened a court claim. It cost me about $400, but I don't care even if I lose. I'm gonna show them the consequence. I got scammed by them too today. They told me they checked with my insurance and I'm fully covered. They ended up charging me $585. They gave me no receipt and no insurance paper to fill out. When ai complained to them. The owner blocked me and truck driver blocked me. When I checked with my insurance I was told that they have no connection with them and they can only reimburse up to $100. I have screenshotted and recorded the call. Wait for the call for court claim.

Total scam! Usaa contacted them to tow my truck, after waiting six hours I spoke with the owner, Brandon Michael Payne, who told me the truck had already been picked up and taken to the automotive repair place; I was still sitting in it waiting for them to arrive. Not only does this place upsell, take only cash, but they also lie. STAY AWAY!

Very bad experience on 9 /10/2024 got charge 485$ for 5 miles ...pay cash at the dropp of location or police impoundment until you pay ......the driver took me to the bank to get cash .........icalled office he hang out .. stay away from those crazy people

I was given a cost of 45-60$ to have my car towed from Lorton to a Mercedes-Benz dealership in Tysons with a lockout (no additional fee) through text. Once they arrived they changed the price to $760 and did not open my door for me (which I asked for). They blocked my number and drove off after unhooking my car. Tow Kingz Va refused to take my credit card and attempted to drive off with my vehicle on camera. The driver's name was Tyler, and the owner was just as disrespectful and rude as the rest of their staff. I filed a complaint and will be taking them to court. These guys are a rip off. I see in Google maps that they are closed. I really hope they are. Horrible service, and poor quality employees.

About $110 a mile for the tow. Cash or cash app only. The car broke down in the middle of a very busy road. Enuf said.

I purchased a vehicle sight unseen and had a mobile pre-inspection done. I'll get to that later. If I had flown to VA, I would have saved myself the headache and the tens of thousands in negative equity. There were many scratches, dents, and touch-up paint all over the vehicle ($2,000). Cheap aftermarket AMG replica rims with snow tires ($3,500). Lower center chrome trim damaged ($250), driver headlight cracked. The interior was also in terrible shape. Cigarette burn in the headliner, missing rear console door ($185), overly discolored leather seats, rips in the leather, and if there is a clip to hold something together, it was either broken or missing. Two main clips that were broken and missing held the chrome strips on the door handles ($740), a car that is supposed to be quiet was filled with rattling noise when driving. After 3 months with the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Hooked it up to the computer; 3 cylinders are misfiring ($1,000 in parts, work done myself). The dealer wanted to charge $4,000. Rear window stopped working ($385). The mobile mechanic stated that the brakes were in excellent condition; however, they were as thin as a sheet of paper and squealed even when the transporter was backing the vehicle from the truck ($1,500). After five months, a significant leak occurred from one of the coolant reservoirs. I didn't know how much that cost because I had to sell the vehicle after having it for 6 months and driving less than 2k miles. My total was $46,560, and I sold it for $27,500 because it was in such poor condition. Almost $20k in negative equity makes me want to vomit! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

He was such a laid back and helpful sales person, unlike some cars sales man who try to take advantage of people. Mr. Mallie had answered my email in a timely manner and scheduled my test drive within the same week. The staff their was so nice offering to valet my car or if I wanted something to drink like water or Gatorade. The lot had so many amazing brand cares with low mileage I was in disbelief. The 2009 BMW 335i I test drove was in great shape with only 72k miles on there. I loved my experience so much I bought the car the same day. Mr. Mallie made the process very smooth and I even had them do my tag and title! 10 out of 10 would recommend this dealership! Reasonable price and great service!!

Only problem was that dealer was 4 hours away. Called and spoke to Nathan at around 4:00pm. That's when the over the top exceptional customer service experience began. We had recently thought we found a vehicle only to arrive at dealer and find the car was sold. Expressed our concern that this might happen again. Nathan explained the VA Select Policy of not "holding" a car if someone came into lot and wanted to purchase. What he did do, was commit to letting us know upon closing that evening (via text), that the car was in fact still available and we could commit to driving there in the morning. But that wasn't good enough for Nathan. He also went the extra mile and took a picture of a scratch he noticed on the vehicle and sent us pictures. Said he would ask the body shop to buff it out first thing in the morning. We texted Nathan when we departed our house at 6:30am (they don't open until 9) and he was then able to remove it from the lot so no one could purchase since we were now enroute. Upon arriving to the location after 4-hour drive, the first thing we say at the entrance was a shiny, newly detailed Dodge Charger. My son was very excited and Nathan proceeded to give us a 30-minute certificate to do a test drive. This completely suprised us, as our experience had been drive around the block with saleperson hovering in back seat. Son was convinced it was the car after driving it for 5 minutes. Upon our return, Nathan offered us beverages and escorted us to his desk for the daunting "sign and make it yours experience". Not once did we feel pressure. No haggling was required (we knew this before we came), and Nathan patiently answered each and every question. Once the paperwork was complete and ready for us to go to the financing department, we all went outside and talked about the car some more. Nathan shared several personal stories with our family and we were happy that we had him as our salesperson. But it didn't stop there. Once Finanace was ready for us, Nathan took it upon himself to take the vehicle to the the nearby service station and top of the gas tank. Outstanding. The financing process was quick and painless as we had pre-approval for the loan. Robert Seeney (F & I Manager) took over from there and made sure all the paperwork was in order since we were from out of state. He was extremely professional and had the personality of someone who took the customer service experience seriously. Bottom line is that our experience with Virginia Select Auto was exceptionally pleasant and we would hope that everyone would get the opportunity to work with Nathan if in the market to purchase a car. Their no-pressure process is something we will never forget. Thank you VA Select Auto!

WARNING: THIS DEALERSHIP WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY - STAY FAR AWAY…read more Auto Buying Service is nothing short of a fraud operation dressed up as a car dealership. They knowingly and deliberately scammed me out of thousands of dollars by adding products to my loan that I explicitly rejected multiple times. Before signing any paperwork, I told both the General Sales Manager and Finance Manager - not once, not twice, but three separate times - that I did NOT want any extended warranty or GAP insurance. They assured me everything was clean, showed me paperwork with no mention of those products, and I trusted them. That was a huge mistake. A few months later, I reviewed my loan statement and discovered they had slipped in both an extended warranty and GAP coverage into my financing without my knowledge or consent. That is deceptive, unethical, and borderline criminal. When I went back to confront them, they made me wait 30 minutes only to tell me to "call the Finance Manager." I called three separate times -- every time I was told he "wasn't available." I emailed their accounting department three times -- not a single response. This is clearly how they operate: ignore the customer, stonewall, and hope the problem goes away. To make it even worse, they also tacked on a $100 "car wash" charge without ever disclosing it. The wash itself was pathetic -- the car was still dirty and clearly rushed. It wouldn't even be worth $10. Let me be crystal clear: They lied to my face. They manipulated the paperwork. They added unauthorized charges for the sake of commission. They disappeared the moment I found out. This is not a misunderstanding. It's calculated deception, and if they did it to me, they'll do it to others. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, STAY FAR AWAY from Auto Buying Service. This was the worst car buying experience of my life, and I regret ever stepping foot into that dealership.
