To start off I would like to say they are not transparent about anything unless you demand to know…read more They do not try to work with you at all in the slightest and add random fees that just serve the purpose of literally making them more money, it would be a difference if it was money for a real reason. Coweta county police towed our car here and from then on it was hell incarnate of service. Not a good experience and a bad tow place. They have a daily storage fee of your car for 35$ and extra hidden fees added on, they tax the daily storage fee as well to add some random compound interest aspect and the tow itself was 225$ which I will say it not bad even if it was for 4 miles. Overall they are bad when working with customers and I personally wouldn't recommend if you have the choice.
