I came back from an international trip to a car that wouldn't start in my apartment garage. I was already jet lagged and miserable, and this situation made it so much worse. I didn't really know my options but thought I either had to Jumpstart it or get it towed to auto repair shop by my apartment. The service was very much on point. It started with Ben, who picked up the phone and kind of walked me through the whole towing process. I went into the office and was treated warmly by the staff. I was impressed with the customer service and the professionalism of the whole staff. ended up meeting the driver at the facility where my truck was being held. My truck was towed because I was in a non serious accident but my bumper fell off. The tow driver Matt was easy to deal with and very helpful. He made sure everything was handled in order before I left the building. I had the car towed all the way back to my apartment in Bay Ridge. The area was tight and the driver actually had to exit out of the drivers side window. He was easygoing and funny and did a great job overall. This is my first review here, and I do it as a courtesy after receiving very good service. I've found this phone on the web, and called around 11pm, after trying 2 other services, one turned me down, and the other one didn't even answer. They were very kind and helpful, and sent a guy with a towing truck who came in about 25 min. So I think they are the place to call when you stuck with your car around Brooklyn. Some other tips I can offer, when you find yourself in the middle of the night, in a shady neighborhood somewhere in Brooklyn - A. don't get out of the car B. Get a charger in the car so your phone won't run out of batteries C. Lock all the doors. D. Wait for help.
