Gave them another chance went back no brushes still I talked to the person working and still washing cars..taking people's money not saying a word to anyone! We turned around left and went to Town Auto wash it's new and redesigned and clean! We met a very customer friendly man I told him our story and he said I'll give u a free $39.00 car wash and you'll see how much better we are.. We did and it was a real car wash with all the latest bells and whistles..lot's of brushes and hit every angle of that car to make it look brand new! It was dried by two men that did a beautiful finished job! We gave them a tip and off we went! Very pleased! We will be back to be put on a monthly charge.. For $20.00 a month I can get our car washed anytime.. Or I can pay more and get more! Not into this techy stuff that might be a problem..but will see! This is a great place to get your car cleaned up looking good! Thank You so much for your kindness and giving us a free car wash! I was…read morequoted $149 for an interior detailing as seen in the photo below, and after answering all the same questions for someone on the phone I was charged $179.99 without any explanation as to why. I was running late to drop off my car due to a work emergency and when I called the DetailXPerts phone number and pressed 0 for an emergency or an operator as directed on the line to let the tech know I was running late the line just kept circling back around to the menu and I was never able to get ahold of anyone. I was also told to leave the parking ticket for the garage in my car and the tech informed me "we'll take care of that for yo." But when I went to leave the garage and put the ticket (that I had left in view in my car next to my gear shift), it was not validated and I had to pay $35 to get out. They did a fairly good job on the inside of my car, but not $215 worth.

Waited about 25 minutes and the staff was inside my car laughing and joking with my car no where close to finished. I demanded my money back when they put the mat back in my car still completely dirty and they would only give me $5, saying they did work on my car...hardly. No one in line in front of me and 25 minutes later and still not done? Could have done it myself. This place basically robbed me. Never go!
