I have been taking my son here for years I'm shocked it just dawned on me to write a review. I'm a single mama and always wanted my son to have a real barber experience but had no clue where to take him. I found this shop from a Facebook post about another mom raving about the amazing customer service and how well they took care of her young son. She was completely right! Bundy the owner treats everyone like an old friend and all his employees do the same! I can't tell you how much it means to me to have a place I feel comfortable going to with my son! My son also isn't a huge fan of getting his hair cut, this never phases any of the guys (he's had all of them do his hair). If you came to the comments for help on deciding to go to this shop DO IT! The other huge plus about this place is I never have to tell them what to do they just take charge and make his hair look good! Great hair cut and great atmosphere. You can get a beer while you're waiting. Everyone was having a good time. (Employees and customers). The time flew by while waiting because of one customer, who must be a regular was hilarious. He must be a stand up comedian . I usually just shave my head but wanted something different and I wasn't disappointed. This is where I'll get my hair cut from now on. Thanks for the great cut. This review is for the younger barber next to the deer/ bathroom wall, I believe he just started, he is not to skilled, asked for 1 on the sides and back. The left side of my head was rounded, and the right side was square, and it was uneven in height. This is not for the other barbers, so if you go, just avoid that one barber. I used to get $10 fades in the Bay Area, and they were perfect, but the problem was that barber was to far in distance, so I decided to give this place a second chance. Yes, a second chance( I've been here before, the first haircut was ok, but not top quality) again, this was the same barber. Usually if I'm going to pay $22 plus tip, for a cut, I expect it to be a higher quality cut. Never again though. read more

Following up with the review i just gave a couple days ago. The owner or whoever is in charge and another person hit me back. One said he was shocked this happend..how can you b more shocked than me its your shop. Another said he checked the footage for the last 3 days stating no barbers were drinking. Really you checked footage for the last 3 days lol. Doesnt even sound remotely true. he didnt even ask me when i came in. There was an open bottle of rum where the barbers tools are. It was open just sitting there with about a quarter left. I didnt notice till about halfway through the cut. I didnt see any1 drink it but im sure one of them did. I just dont get why thereis alcohol at a barber shop either so u wanna get people buzzed while they get a haircut in the middle of the day? Im not lying or advertising for other people i only stated jjs is literally right around the corner and ive gone there before there awesome but the wait can be a long time if u have no appt. main event had a nice aura to it. They were some cool ppl to chill with. That was about it. Joes barber would not cut without an appt even though there phone wasnt working lol Reply Just doesnt make sense u reviewed 3 days of footage with the team in a matter of hours after making a post. Again why was there an almost empty bottle of rum in the barber area? Went to main Event Barbers for my first time. Not very friendly felt kinda out of place. After ten minutes someone offered me a beer and i declined.Finally a cutter told me to come on up. After I sat down the cutter asked what I wanted, and I told him. During the whole time I was there, all the cutters and mine were having a great time between them self telling stories laughing and and having a great time. Oh did I mention all the f*** bombs that were dropped when there was a lady waiting for here Man was there and a small child getting his hair cut? Not very professional!! When I was done, my cutter told me cash only, but we have a atm machine in the corner. I paid him then went home. After I got home I noticed the my cutter butchered my sideburns. The left one was almond gone and the right one was about an inch longer and crooked. Perhaps they should pay more attention too the customer and not each other.
