They had a good selection across multiple generations of consoles, and everything I checked out was in really nice condition. All the discs I saw looked super clean too. Prices seemed very fair for all the stuff I was looking at so no complaints there. Overall, a very clean store in a nice outdoor outlet area.

I was looking for a shop in Las Vegas that sells Pokemon cards, and upon entering Wii Play, I was amazed by the variety and quantity of cards available, from blind-bagged, beautiful rares to graded specimens--they were all there on display! Most importantly, the card selection was great, and I ended up leaving with quite a few handfuls of awesome foiled Pokemon cards. Their prices are fair, sticking within (sometimes below) the current market value or online listed prices. The friendly staff has a no-pressure selling attitude and gives you space to check the cards while also being knowledgeable enough to provide information and insight about your purchases. This has now become one of my go-to shops for Pokemon card hunting and impulse buying anime and gaming fandom merchandise. PS. Now I typically do not care as long as I really want the cards and i love supporting businesses with good ethics. But when I had asked the woman to see my cards, she had already passed a look to me. I told her that I wanted to see my cards, we could move to the side and that she could help the next customer behind me. I guess she had a hard time understanding what I meant, because she caught even bigger attitude when she asked "did you mean weren't ready when you wanted to look at your cards" in a very condescending tone. Okay, cool you finally understand me! I laughed out loud at the audacity, but I said to her again, "well i did say you could take the next customer so we could look at the cards" and she threw whatever was in her hands on the counter and called for the next customer. At that point I felt gross from her attitude so I just dropped everything and said "you know what, we're good I'm not getting shit here we're leaving" and yes, before I left I told my cousin that "no i'm not getting anything anymore, the lady is being a bitch" out loud so she could hear. not nice, no, but felt justified considering I was being judged for triple checking some overpriced cards. Never going back here and nor am i ever recommending anyone to come again. I had issues with attitude by this repeat woman but I always brushed it off. Nah, never again.

Grand Line games sells, buys and trade all types of video games and systems. I could list them... but you should just go and check it out yourself. Lastly Grand Line Games also has about a dozen pinball machines for you to play. All machines are in good working order with both newer and vintage games. Chad has done great work for me in the past, but unfortunately, today he informed me not to ever come into his store again. The reason being is that he charged me for an N64 mod that not only wasn't functioning, but he had broken as well. After finding someone that could perform the mod properly, I had to go back to Grand Line in order to ask for my money back. Chad had a pretty hard time admitting fault, due to his solder being what he called "perfect". Chad was also unclear how to properly connect the ribbon cable, so he decided to give it the best hot glue job that someone who wasn't willing to do more research than he deemed necessary to attempt to keep the ribbon in place. Chad had originally agreed to meet me half way with the repair. However, all I wanted was the original $100 that I gave him to do the mod. Which I asked for. He told me that wasn't going to happen, to which I replied that it's actually less than what he had originally agreed to pay. After that, I told him how much the repair was. His response was that I was being ripped off. He then also tried to place fault on me for giving him a broken system to mod. Which is double baffling. If the system had any issues, I would be more than willing to pay him to repair them. Furthermore, If anyone would know that there was something wrong with the system it should have been him. After I firmly stood my ground, he handed me $100 out of his wallet and told me to never come back. Which is a shame, Chad keeps a great stock of items that you normally don't see at other stores in town. And while I normally go to Ben Fong, from iFixRetro, for mods of this nature, after dealing with a very similar situation with a Sega Dreamcast that was given to "A Gamers Paradise" a few years back. I decided to go to Chad because he's local and has until this point been pleasant to chat with while also normally meeting deadlines for other projects I've brought to him. Thankfully I found someone that iFixRetro taught the craft to in @samtron5000 over ig. Not only did she finish the mod, but she also fixed what Chad broke while botching the install in the first place. If you're local and have anything that you're looking to get done hit her up over ig, if it's in her wheel house she'll get it done. For everyone else that's looking for a place to go hit up Ben Fong with @iFixRetro. He's saved me more than once for sure. Also, if you're looking for a good spot to hit in town that provides great customer service, check out Retro City Games. They have two locations in Vegas and treat customers very well. It can seem a little bit overwhelming but there is a clear order in here and I don't think it would be hard to find whatever it is you are looking for in here. There are tables in the middle of the store where people were playing. I noticed a lot of older sets of the game my hubs plays and he was saying that they are fairly well priced as well.
