I've put my clothes in with no stains and I've taken out them out to find multiple black stains all over some articles of my clothing. The workers never look happy or like they're willing to help. The price of the dryers is not bad, .25¢ for 9 minutes. They have multiple size washer and dryers. I also noticed they have a laundry service which is nice. However the smell and putting stain free clothes in and them coming out with stains makes it so I don't want to go back.

If you're reading older reviews, please keep in mind that many of them were written before the current owner took over. The new management has completely transformed the place. It is clean, bright, organized, and honestly one of the nicest laundromats I've used. The machines are well-maintained, the facility smells fresh, and it's clear that a lot of care and effort has gone into improving the customer experience. The owner has done an outstanding job renovating and maintaining the laundromat, and it shows. It's refreshing to see someone take such pride in their business and create a welcoming environment for customers. I believe the current management deserves to be judged on the laundromat as it is today, not on issues that may have existed under previous ownership. If you haven't been here recently, it's definitely worth giving it another look. Highly recommended!

Regardless this is a great and convenient place to go when things aren't on your side. Machines work as expected, great wash, great dryers with plenty of space to work with, roller carts and tables to set up on. The prices don't seem to be much of an issue and (coming from someone who doesn't have the responsibility) seems like a great place to occupy a family if the need comes to it. My only complaint is the parking but that's not on the owners behalf. Parts of Smithtown seems to be hobbled together anyways. If you have a bigger vehicle I'd suggest going down the hill and turning around in the Stop n Shop parking lot and go into the middle median to drive into the back.
