I was greeted by friendly people and when I told them that I suspected that I had bad deferential and possibly rear wheel bearings, the response was, we have to check it out for ourselves to determine what actually may be wrong. My first thought was here we go again, $99.99 to just look at it. However, I was pleasantly surprised when he said and there is no cost for an inspection. I took my car to them at the appointed time and yes, I was correct the deferential was bad and the wheel bearings were going bad. They did the repair for the quoted price and the car runs like the day I bought it. I was so pleased with them that I have since taken it back to them for "Transmission Fluid" change and "Coolant Flush". They were very competitive on price and again did a great job. From now on I know where my Mustang will go for all service and repairs in the future. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs!

After the Nissan dealership told my mom that she required a new steering rack, I called Fastlane, got a much cheaper quote, and authorized the $2300 worth of parts/labor work to be done. My mom brought her car in for the work, but upon a proper inspection, turns out the only work required was tightening the steering rack mounting bolts (which were almost certainly left loose by town center Nissan on a prior visit- stay away from there). Fastlane could have easily taken my $2300, but nope, they did the right thing and fixed my problem damn near for free. Seems unbelievable in this day and age. I will absolutely be returning for any future work. They also did great routine work on my BMW X6M. You can trust these guys.

I asked to have my brakes checked and it turns out that they were fine, but my CV axel was damaged and leaking grease. Luis quickly quoted me a reasonable price for the work and was able to have it fixed within a few hours. Due to my first experience with the CV axel going well I decided to return to have my thermostat replaced, oil change, and a tune up. Again, I was quoted a very reasonable price for the work and when I returned to pick up my car (which was ready same day) I noticed that they washed my car for me. Words cant describe how happy I am with KLM and the service that they provide. There arent many honest mechanics these days, but I truly trust Luis and his team.
