This location was less convenient for us than another hotel we stayed in during the moving process, though there are various stores and restaurants nearby. We had a disabled accessible room so it was one large space with a king bed, and this was actually more functional than the suite rooms we stayed in (also ADA accessible) elsewhere. The room "divider" was a hospital-room-style curtain that pulled out next to the bed. Elevators were the least sensory friendly I have ever encountered, with loud, high pitched dings (not fun for the cats). We utilized the pool while visiting, but parents should need the rule that unattended children cannot be there by themselves -- some kids came racing to the door (needs to be opened with key card) and banging on it so we would let them in (hell no! We are not going to be responsible for someone else's children. Finally as we were leaving they returned with their parents). Janitor also needed to clean in here as there was blood on the edge of the pool -- not sanitary. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. I will say that despite signage in the elevator talking about "crafting your ultimate breakfast sandwich," the offering was premade Jimmy Dean type stuff. A lot of noise in the halls and lobby at this hotel. Ultimately, we did opt to stay elsewhere the next time.

This place has so much potential. It is clean and well design. The rooms are large and spacious…read more However The lack of regard for customers comfort I find unacceptable. All the runs are set to 75° which in the warm weather would be just fine but it's winter and I am an older person with her blood circulation is quite uncomfortable after a couple of some like adjusted it so that I could move the temperature. But the main reason we came to this location was for the indoor pool. Which every customer found two to enjoy. Most people came in and the temperature in the room and their foot or hand in the water and left. Should try to brave chill room and chill pool had to bum up any towels and wear coats while they children in the pool. My granddaughter is in Barrett and I decided to go to the room and get her. Beach family on this short time in the pool. My grandson is autistic will brave the temperature just so he could be under the water because he loves water. I tried several times the temperature, to avail. Manager simply was not interested in our comfort. He says that in our room to communicate with the front desk, not functioning properly the entire thing. And most importantly, the blackout blinds and bedroom, I initially operated, but when I try to let them down to go to bed and get a good night sleep that was not happening. I had to call the front desk for my cell phone. Ask someone tell me how to get them down, but there was no maintenance on site and did not know how to accomplish this so I did not hardly any sleep at all. And I'm not even going to go and see the drama that I went through when I initially check in and found room not handicap accessible and there were no handicap accessible available even though that is supposedly booked online. Suffice to say my reservation was not one that could be altered or adjusted north of council. So my only choice was to pay additional charges for a larger road they suffer. I can't wait to get out of here and go home with a voice of money and a crappy way to spend Thanksgiving.

I reluctantly approached the counter, to check in. I rang the buzzer a couple of times, to summon the clerk. I told him that I was there to check in. He took my driver's lic and made a copy of it. He kept calling me McCafferty or something. Another name then my own. He started to interrogate me. Asked if I had been there a week ago. Asked if I was said guy, that booked with stolen reward points. I repeatedly said no. Instantly, he started shouting at me. "You are full of sh*t". "You are McCafferty". I repeatedly denied. He then said, "F*ck you." I responded, "Yeah, because all of us white people look alike." He stated, "Get the f*ck out." "Do not ask for your reward points back." There were 3 people standing there who witnessed. I told him to tear up the photo copy of my driver's lic that he made. He refused. I was told to f*ck off again. I was then threatened he would call the police. I told him that I will be contacting Wyndham, and that they will request camera footage. He replied, "F*ck Wyndham. They get nothing from us." I left the premises. I returned to my car. I immediately contacted Wyndham customer care. Once again, that too was useless. I was told that I would not be getting back either my points AND would not be getting back my $157.30. Unbelievably, this situation took place not even being in the building 2 minutes. It was incredible. This is my second, and there wont be a third, situation with Wyndham. I would advise to seek stay elsewhere. If the only thing around is a property owned under the umbrella of Wyndham, best to sleep in your car.
