I brought my grandmothers car to this garage to have a bad oil leak diagnosed. After having the vehicle for 2 days the owner called and said there is no oil leak. When you open the hood you can literally see the oil all over the engine bay and no oil in the car. When you put oil in it pours out. I explained this to the owner over the phone and he disagreed. He said that he has a 30 year airforce veteran mechanic that looked at it. The owner continued to say that he would be willing to put more time into the issue if we paid $500+ to replace the radiator. "Time is money" He continued to say. I explained that the vehicle was towed there so I would have to get it towed out if we did not fix the oil issue. I went to the garage to get the car towed out and brought him out to look at it. There was oil everywhere. It became obvious to me that know one had looked at my grandmothers car there. I said "I will just bring my grandmothers vehicle to a shop that will look at it" The owner responded by saying "Good we don't want your business here anyways time is money" Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I have always used a reputable local collision/repair shop in the Victor area and recently decided to give Townline Garage a try considering they are in my village. I purchased the necessary parts for my vehicle from an OEM equipment dealer and upon arrival was advised "we don't install parts purchased by the customer because we don't make a profit off the parts". Really? I'm paying you $88/hr to install the parts, why does it matter if I purchased them elsewhere to save myself on your ridiculous markup?!?! Lost my business forever, and I will make sure to inform everyone in town of your shady business tactics. DO NOT USE TOWNLINE!!! read more

owner is a liar and would not take responsibility for forgetting to tighten the lug nuts on a wheel causing the studs to sheer off and the wheel came off the car while driving! it is obvious that Brian, the owner, has been dodging bullets like this one for a long time and knows the tricks of the trade. after repeated attempts by myself and the insurance company, he got the car owner to pay out of pocket for the damage instead of admitting his mechanic made a mistake, and repairing the damage.
