Your company responded to call for towing service within 15 minutes of our call. Amber who was the responder arrived and handled the situation in a professional and very capable manner. The car was located on the left shoulder of the road, and traffic was stop and go through the entire process of loading the car onto the flatbed. It was obviously a very dangerous and difficult situation. Her first objective was to get my wife and me into the truck, out of harms way. Through the entire process of loading the car onto the flatbed, traffic on road were within feet of her. Once loaded Amber then transported us with the car to a local dealer where she unloaded the car and our son in law picked us up. In closing I want to commend amber for her concern for us, her skill and ability to do the job, and her professional conduct with us through the entire encounter. In my opinion she's an outstanding employee. Tell her thanks very much from me and my wife.

By luck we pulled in here, to inspect our car and get off the road. They were closed but by chance a gentleman was doing inventory or some extra work. He came out to see if we needed any help. He got on the cold snow covered ground and went to work locating the hole. He quickly determined he could patch the tire for us and did so. He could have stayed inside we would have never known he was there. We knew the facility was closed, we just pulled in to get off the road. Went for the higher price service that was not an issue UPDATE: 7/12 I took my car to another auto shop to have the exhaust system serviced They were very honest about the condition of my car They recommended that I do not put anymore money/repairs into it because the frame is so corroded with rust it is not safe to drive, It will never pass inspection and It would be dangerous to keep driving it at this point. The point is .... I should have been notified of this when I originally took the car in for service the first time at the end of April If it was put on a lift to look at the exhaust system - it would have been discovered the car is beyond repair Since the exhaust was not serviced as requested I am assuming the car never made it onto the lift So yes - I am not a happy customer Over $600 dollars for a water pump that I did not need, exhaust issue not addressed and a car that will never pass inspection again More importantly- there where major safety concerns that could have been detrimental to me and my family if an accident have should happened Check your frame ppl. Recently he hit a raccoon or larger rodent on a night drive and it damaged the front bumper of his supercharged G8. A friend at work recommended this shop in victor to have the work done. They got him scheduled very quickly, and completed the work even faster than expected. The white paint match was great, and the finish was good. The crew even took care of a quick mechanical repair that was unplanned, and did so at no cost even though they could have rightly charged 30 minutes of labor. We'll definitely go back!

But I had been dreading the inspection and the oil change. We had JUST found a mechanic we liked in the last area, and then we moved. And y'all know how hard it is to find a trustworthy mechanic! I have also had a check engine light popping on and off for months, something I was worried would cost a lot of money and time to fix, and possibly prevent us from passing our yearly inspection. A family member recommended King's Auto Service. She swore up and down that they were the best! So after calling a few other local places I called King's. I liked them immediately because they were the first place to tell me that they could not give a set quote for the work we needed - it may take less or more time, and it may not be a part that has to be replaced at all, it could be something less complicated like a clog. They seemed friendly and knowledgeable. So I made the appointment and waited about 2 weeks to bring the car in. When I dropped it off the check engine light had disappeared AGAIN. But they were able to get to the bottom of it anyway (it was just a quick wiring fix and did not need to be replaced after all), give us the oil change, perform the inspection, and replace a couple of bulbs in no time at all. And the cost was reasonable! I also want to add that they have the cheapest oil changes I have seen in quite a while, a whopping $20 less than every other place I have checked. So far we are definitely happy customers, and we plan to go back for any other work the car may need. (Hopefully not TOO soon though!) Highly recommend!
