The seats do not recline, but they have a rocking chair style and are incredibly soft and cushioned, even more comfortable than the standard seats we have used before. The screen size was just right for the room. The food was great. We ordered chicken tenders and hot dogs before heading to our seats. We saw Hoppers, which was such a fun movie. Definitely recommend! There is plenty of parking, along with great food and drink options, including alcoholic beverages.

We had friends that wanted to see the new movie out this weekend in IMAX. I didn't even know that the Paragon had one, much less that it could fit one in there location. So we made the movie date plan. we arrived and saw some very hard working gals at the front. They looked short at least 1 if not 2 people to work. It was impressive the effort they were putting forth, especially compared to the average movie theater worker. We ordered a couple of wines which only the manager could pour. That was the only negative, as it was about 15 minutes for him to come to the front, and didn't seem too interested in working. To be fair, when I came out later for a follow up round, a different manager was there and was more than helpful. The Imax was great. Not like the really big ones but pretty good, and the chairs go bay back. We made note and will definity be back soon for a big movie.

However, the theater really is properly known as the Infinite Abyss which specializes in adult works that might best said to be the edgiest in psychological horror plays, productions involving a certain brinksmanship with reality as well as those involving nudity. Basically, as they so aptly put it, plays that "...few local companies have the guts to tackle." I couldn't help but fall in love with this little theater as it is small and intimate. It's little theater like these wherein you can actually hear the voices of the actors without electronic amplification and catch all the subtleties of their theatrical abilities. And, like the Empire Stage Theater and the productions done here by Island City Stage, all performed by those of superlative theater skills and acting abilities.

We finally got a chance to check out the theater in Mizner, The Studio. Its not on the main standup circuit so it doesn't get some of the newer acts, but the other day I saw a couple of the newer acts making some noise lately taking the stage back to back. I reached out to a couple friends and we planned to make a night of it. It's right in the thick of the restaurants and bars of Mizner, so it was easy to have a bite and a drink and head over. The space is has multiple different rooms so that they can have multiple event at a time in different areas. It makes the common area feel like a office building somewhat. The venue we were pointed to was fine. Again, its for multiple type sof shows so it wasn't a "warm" comedy room which hurt the comedy a little. The first guy wasn't much, but the headliner had something. Her jokes were fine, her timing was solid. There isn't more than a couple venues up this way so we were glad to find out this one is fine.

We saw a few people leave because this one lady saved so many seats. We told the manager then they asked US to move to accommodate someone's else and then made a joke that "yeah you got to sit by people here" no joke lady. Also not a lot of leg room but you could purchase seats on the stage if you buy them early enough and you don't mind being ragged by the comic. Plays of Wilton makes its home at The Foundry, a 54 seat black box theater that is wheelchair accessible. Since there are only 4 rows of seats and the theater is small and intimate, almost any seat in the main section is a good seat. The seats are next to each other, so people sit tightly in this small venue. There are some side seats sometimes, but I do not recommend, since the angle of vision to the stage is not the best. Out of all the seats in the main area, I find seat B7 to be the best. There's a pole next to it and an aisle on the other side, so this is the one seat that is almost "private". The plays are mostly LGBTQ+ themed and based. The one I went to see called 10 Naked Men was not all nude. Actors stayed clothed most of the time, but the title sure got people excited about the show....LOL.... Hunter's the nightclub was kind enough to donate red and white wine as well as water for the show, so these beverages were complementary throughout the play. There is limited parking in front and behind theater with some handicapped parking spaces. The theater opens one half hour prior to performance times. Performances are usually Wednesday through Sunday. Evening performances at 8 PM and matinees at 2 or 3 PM. The stage, props, costumes, makeup, tech equipment were all top notch! The chairs look like they took them from an old theatre and reused them. There are two restrooms for all the people to share during the intermission. There was plenty of time for everyone to use the facility. They do 4 productions a year and this one included adults. All the others are children only. The singing and performances from the actors was excellent. After the show you can talk with the cast. The sound and lighting was better than some shows I have seen at Parker Playhouse. Parking is easy. It's the third floor of the Dillard's parking garage. It is free and there are plenty of spots. I am going to keep my eye on their upcoming schedule and attend another great production.

When I went to open house, I was able to see the Jelly Bean room which is way to small to hold 20 children and the carpet was so stained and dirty, I was actually in shock. Then they showed me the room where the kids eat and do arts and crafts which was even smaller, dirtier and looked like a storage room. I notified them that evening that I was EXTREMELY unhappy with the cleanliness of the facility and told them I would not be sending my kids there. That's when they told me that had to have my "dispute" reviewed by a board which only meets once a month. Anyway, long story short, I am having to fight to get my money returned. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and check out the facility before you actually pay them.
