The packaging was completely off and the figurines had sloppy paint jobs with no stamp on their bottom feet. I tried to kindly message the owner that they're selling counterfeits and I'd be willing to do a partial refund, not even a full refund, which is more than fair imo and he wouldn't budge and that the best he could do was store credit...why would I want to buy anything else in your store if you're selling fakes for full retail price of legit products that seems so dishonest. Right after that, the cashier demanded "can you pay first?". My mom said " I will pay after putting stuffs in". The cashier walked over another register and exchanged place with another cashier gentleman???!!! Less than 4 minutes, my mom paid with her credit card. And the same cashier lady screamed out "shit...get out of the store... we don't want you here..." while walking by my mom and disappeared behind the shelves. My mom was astonished by her attitude. She asked the cashier gentleman who was helping her "What type of customer service is this?", and concluded "I won't come back here if she is still here!". I am watching the cashier gentleman nicely to help my mom open the door and comparing the 2 opposite customer services. I hope that the manager or owner would train that cashier lady properly and no other customer could twicely (carelessly handle and rude behavior) be pushed away like that!!!
