This Hallmark has a small, Post Office inside. Services offered, and hours, are slightly different than a standard USPS. Note: Post Office is CASH ONLY.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Fremont Flowers…read more I placed an online order for a bouquet over $100 and selected a pickup time frame for Saturday. After placing the order, I called the shop to confirm everything, and I was told the order was good to go. Nothing indicated that I had to pick up the flowers specifically within that selected time frame, nor did anyone explain that the shop would be closing before I could pick them up. When I arrived at the shop on Saturday to pick up my order, the business was closed. I received no phone call or message letting me know that my flowers needed to be picked up by a certain time, that the shop was closing early, or that my order was still waiting for pickup. Because I needed the flowers that day, I called another local florist. They were incredibly helpful and had a beautiful bouquet ready for me within an hour, the same day. Their customer service was wonderful, and the bouquet was actually less expensive than the one I had purchased from Fremont Flowers. I contacted Fremont Flowers afterward to ask for a refund since I had never received the flowers that day. I was told that I could not receive a refund. Since I was told there would be no refund, I went back the following day to pick up the bouquet. Unfortunately, when I finally received it, I was extremely disappointed. The bouquet consisted of essentially one small grouping of flowers with some greenery and, in my opinion, was nowhere near worth the $100+ I paid. I have photos of the bouquet from Fremont Flowers as well as the bouquet I purchased from another florist for less money. The difference in quality and value is significant. The lack of communication, customer service, and the quality of the final product left me very unsatisfied. I would strongly recommend making sure you fully understand their pickup policy before placing an order.

A Wonderful Step Back in Time…read more The first time I visited this place, my daughter was about 9 years old. Over the years, I have returned quite a few times, and each visit has been a little different because I have intentionally brought different people here to experience that wonderful "back in time" feeling. I recently visited again with another group, and I felt it was definitely worth sharing my experience. If you are new to Tyme for Tea& Co, whether you make a reservation or walk in, I recommend coming with an open mind and, most importantly, with time to enjoy the experience. We had a reservation and still had to wait a few minutes, but honestly, that was perfectly fine. It gave us an opportunity to look around and admire the beautiful tea saucers, teapots, and other cute, whimsical items for sale. Over the years, I have learned that coming here rushed and expecting everything to arrive at once is not really the best way to experience Tyme for Tea. Tea is a social experience, and the food and tea are served gradually, giving you time to enjoy each part of the experience while visiting and laughing with your party. The staff is attentive and welcoming, but they also give you the space to socialize without making you feel rushed. I really appreciate that. If you are visiting Niles in Fremont, keep in mind that part of the beauty of this little town is its history. The buildings are not modern, but that is exactly what gives Niles its charm and character. The atmosphere is part of the experience. Every time I visit, my overall experience is pleasant, calm, and filled with laughter. I enjoy trying the different teas, pastries, and little treats, but more than anything, I enjoy the memories created here with the people I bring along. If you're looking for a place to slow down, socialize, enjoy tea, and step away from the rush of everyday life, Tyme for Tea is definitely worth experiencing. Dress up for fun! Save the yoga pants for another day.

I believe the orginal request was for 11 people, they quickly brought in additional chairs to get everyone situated. My understanding was that each guest chooses the tea flavor. However, that wasn't the case. The staff brought 2 random flavors. Later on, I requested a specific flavor and she did bring a pot of it. The pace of the food was good, evenly paced and staggered. My favorites included the savory puffs and the raspberry chocolate cheesecake bites. It was a full house on this particular Saturday afternoon and I think the staff did the best they could. Please note that there's only 1 restroom for the entire place and lines can get long. Ample street parking around the area. #25/2026

Great experience that I'd wholeheartedly recommend to anyone…read more I'm a complete idiot when it comes to flowers but Nina was more than accommodating with my ignorance. On Monday, I spent some time looking on their website to order some flowers for Friday but I was getting nowhere. So I finally decided to give up and give them a call. Nina was patient and friendly explaining what flower combinations are preferred and what's not. But there was only so much that could be explained in words over the phone. So I stopped by during my lunch break. They were very busy. There was a elderly lady in the front and another lady in the back making arrangements and there was a lot of arrangements being made. I didn't know if I could get my questions answered in time but since I was there already, I decided to wait and ask. The older lady who's name was Joanne heard my question and showed me the ready arrangements in the cooler that I could pick out and take with me immediately. When I told her it's for Friday and wanted a custom arrangement but wanted some recommendations, she deferred me to the lady making the arrangements who turned out to be Nina. I felt a bit guilty because she seemed so busy making arrangements and I was only asking questions but Nina was very friendly and accommodating. She explained my options as far as having my arrangements wrapped or placed in a vase. I could ask for any color combination I wanted (within reason and pending availability) and any flower choice preference. If I didn't have any flower or color preference, I was given the option to set a budget and trust the florist. I thanked her for her time and went back to work. After thinking it over, I called Nina back after work. I asked her for pink and peonies because that's my wife's favorite flower. I didn't know what else to ask for so I gave her a budget and request a wrap in pink and silver color. Apparently, peonies are not that readily available and I was a bit confused because I've picked up peonies from Trader Joe's before and they didn't seem that rare. But I had already placed my order so I went with it. Friday came and when I went to pick up my bouquet after work, I was completely blown away with how big it was. She showed me the flowers and the peonies in my arrangement was so much more vibrant and at least twice as big as the ones I've picked up from Trader Joe's. Maybe there's different types of peonies but I'll never buy the ones from Trader Joe's again. What a difference. The colors were exactly what I asked for down to the wrap. It was so big I didn't know how/where to place it on my car and Nina was kind enough to send one of her staff to secure it for me in my vehicle. Great experience from star up finish. It was money well spent and worth ever penny. I'll definitely do it again. My wife absolutely loved them, more than any other flowers I've bought for her, and we even had to get a larger vase to fit the bouquet.

The flowers are great! That's about the only positive thing I can offer. The staff are so…read moreridiculously rude that it feels like the flowers serve as a pittance for the trauma from enduring their abuse. I've literally been treated more warmly by the police giving me a traffic citation. Each time I've been here (a total of 3 times) i have been addressed not with indifference, but scathing condescension and disdain by both (I'm assuming Nina herself) and her aunt. Forget being treated professionally--being treated with NEUTRALITY is wildly aspirational here. It is the type of contempt typically reserved for tax collectors and dinner party guests carrying active tuberculosis. I stopped by in person to inquire about ordering flowers for Mother's Day about 10 days in advance, just to ask some basic questions. After demonstrating the audacity to inquire about baskets and differences between tiers, I was met with audible sighs and eye rolls that escalated into beratement of my ignorance. The level of unprompted venom was astonishing! Despite my unforgivable transgression of inquiring about the basket diameter of the "Country Blooms" arrangement, I hung my head and meekly submitted my order. I called a couple days later to change the time of my pickup and was immediately screamed at, with the level of hostility normally demonstrated during international war: (verbatim) "do you KNOW how many customers we have? We have HUNDREDS! You're just going to have to wait in the pickup line!" I was completely stunned by this. Okay, congrats. Nina did not consider the radical alternative of asking my last name to clarify my order. This defies reason. It genuinely feels like Nina's Flowers is trying to repel new customers. Unless you enjoy being chastised like a cowering servant in a Brontë novel, I highly recommend you spare your dignity (and money) and go literally anywhere else. EDIT: Angel's Flowers in Newark is selling the same products on their website for like half the price.
