Horrible layout, I have a handicapped placard was yelled at to go to CSU East Bay(Hayward) & take a shuttle or Uber to venue. *This option was not presented to ticketbuyers prior to arrival. A lot of the connecting side streets are closed off by police. Drove over 2 hours just to be turned away at gate. If You must attend A show here plan on arriving two hours before doors open just to Park at Pavillion or if you arrive later park on the street. Will never return here read more

Probably the worst traffic flow navigation I've ever experienced for a concert venue. I would expect this kind of backup at a large festival, but this is just a concert. There was no one helping to navigate traffic, which spanned well outside the venue because it was so bad. Really puts a sour mood to start off your concert experience, and you will likely miss part of the show unless you arrive hours earlier. Poor management is an understatement. read more

For the Chicago Earth Wind and Fire show..Im not only angry but shocked at how Vip was treated at this venue literally no knowledge. I paid too much to stand in three long lines and missed VIP perks. Ticketmaster will not take responsibility and this was an anniversary present to meet and greet and get a picture. We couldn't even get to the first few songs staff couldnt find our seats. I received no email the day before it was so much anxiety and i was ripped off. Ticketmaster used to be very good very reputable. I was put off since September 5th still no resolution. They do not care about their customers. Id never buy a ticket from them again. Horrible customer service horrible purchase. Concord Pavilion staff literally said I dont know to ever question and the man seating us was irritated doing his job and frustrated we asked where our seats were. Would not recommend this location in the rain, unless you really enjoy the artist playing, which I did, and are still prepared to be miserable (or you just really love being damp and cold). This venue is rain or shine, so the concert was not cancelled in spite of the weather forecast. The artist's performance itself was amazing - the entire experience, not so much. In part, this has much to do with the inefficiencies of the roads and parking, which is pretty bad, and worsened tenfold in the rain. There are only two lanes leading into the venue, which makes the flow in and out very, very slow during peak traffic. The parking lot areas are also pretty confusing, if it's your first time going there. Exiting the concert and into the lots was a hellish nightmare of people blindly dashing around in the pouring rain, car alarms going off, and cars turning this way and that, but mostly not moving. What's inexcusable was how unbearably slow check-in was. I've been to a decent number of concerts, and I've never been to any venue where the check-in was this slow. We literally moved at a pace of 1-2 people per minute, and at one point, there were over a hundred people in line. There's an "AAA fast lane" (bring your AAA card), but it didn't seem much faster - I think there was an additional station to make the process slightly faster. Waiting in the rain and wind was the worst part. From getting into the parking lot to getting inside, it took around 50 minutes. Please, please, please get more check-in lanes. Security made me empty out my water container, and told me that there would be "filling stations inside". Inside, however, I only found overpriced water bottles and then directed to a few dusty water fountains in a corner - upon inspection, I noticed spiderwebs on one, which dissuaded me from filling my bottle. Maybe I didn't find the actual filling stations... Pros: The sound was pretty good! The artist's voice was extremely clear, carrying well across the space, and I imagine that even the rain-soaked audience on the grass could hear well. A lot of the seats were covered by a large overhanging roof (though not the ones on the sides of the back sections). Also, free parking - not that it was great, but still a plus. Takeaways: save yourself some misery and don't come here when it's raining; come here early to avoid a painfully slow check-in process; in general expect things to be slow. read more

Need better parking and process to get people in the venue. Missed dru hill because it took forever to get through security and ticket line. On top of that the parking was just a hot mess. Bathrooms were clean atleast and definitely needed more security for the amount of people there and folks to direct traffic. Saw too short and snoop dogg concert there and it blew. Everything was about the money. Rent a chair? Rent a blanket? Because you can't bring one in. $27 margarita with no alcohol in it. The dj played for like 2 hours wasting time. We ended up leaving early. The only good thing was too short but a few white women got in front of everyone in their rented chairs/blankets and started to TRY to twerk. They need to clarify that YOU CANNOT BRING YOUR OWN CHAIRS ! You have to rent them. That's fine BUT THEY RAN OUT and says we should have prepaid for them. If you are not allowing people to bring chairs then state it and help clear up the misinformation about it. Then have enough chairs available and highly recommend you prepay for it. When I told the supervisor of misinformation she said there is a wrong website that isn't updated. We had to sit on the ground behind chairs. So beware !! read more

SWEAR to God you'll be sweating and dying walking from your car to the front gates smh. Also - performers never know how to pronounce Concord it's so annoying. Overall: whatever concert you're buying tickets for, cash up the money and go for covered seating (preferably front row) as opposed to lawn seating. It's like 195 degrees plus during the summer and so ridiculous. Bring your own food & drink if you can sneak it in :-) Wine and cocktails can be $19/// smoothies around $7.50 (cash only). Very, very torn about this place. On the good side--free parking, they allow picnic food and drinks (no cans or glass bottles), venue feels safe, employees were polite and helpful everywhere. I got a designated driver soda for free both times this month. The first visit I received a blue ticket and got a large, covered Pepsi. On the second visit, just a week later, I received a poker chip and got a small, uncovered Pepsi that the person in front of me dropped his jacket cuff in before the music even started. At the second concert, there was a medical emergency. While the security staff was helpful right away, it took more than 10 minutes to get EMTs there. He had a cardiac issue and needed real help. He went to the hospital. On the not-so-good side--sound system, for one--this was for a concert, so the sound system is important! I was in Section 204 and the sound was distorted and muffled and not balanced at all. Really bad. Just awful. This was the topic of discussion at the intermission. In addition, the Concord Pavilion website needs to be edited ASAP. They need to clearly explain the bag, chair, and what to bring/not bring policy on the opening page. Visitors shouldn't have to hunt for this information. The woman in front of me had a purse, but learned while waiting in a long, long line, that it was too big. She solved the problem by dumping the contents of her purse into her big insulated Trader Joe's picnic bag. No problem getting through security. After getting through the security, she pulled out everything and put her stuff back in her purse. Security had me take off my hat, open my glasses case, and inspected my EpiPen, but they were professional about it. If they can't fix their website, they should be providing plastic bags for free for people. Why do some bags need to be clear, but you can bring insulated totes, big blankets, and picnic bags? Chairs are no longer allowed, so if you want a lawn chair, it needs to be rented. Also, this is a cashless venue. Come prepared. They do want you to spend money, so they do offer a way to trade your cash for a plastic card at no charge. Bring water! They charge $7 for water and a ridiculous amount for drinks, more expensive than other venues. Advice: go west! Enter the venue and go left. On the left there are food trucks, a DJ, and a lawn area. On the right, the views are nicer, but fewer amenities. The port-potties have always been disgusting, avoid them. Walk up a little further. Seriously. So, get the port-potties cleaned, make needed information available on the opening page of the website, and FIX THE SOUND SYSTEM. I want to listen to the music I paid very good money to hear. read more

I recently attended a sold out concert here (place holds 13k). My family and I had a good experience. Although I would knock down one star for the parking situation. I advise getting to the gate ONE hour before the gate opens, usually at 5 pm. Once inside and parked in mostly gravel, you have to wait in line again to go through security. I recommend not taking a purse, ladies. Stick everything you need in your pockets. There's an express line for those that didn't bring a bag or purse. Just have to go through the metal detector. Beer, wine, snacks are expensive but that's to be expected. Avoid the porta-potties. The bathrooms above the lawn area are much cleaner. Exiting the place after a show is a nightmare. Expect to sit in your car for about an hour before things move along. I would visit this facility again now knowing what I know. read more

Attended a concert , lucky we got there early to get a decent parking spot. The concession stands are minimal. Most of the folks are actual volunteers, so you may get a few nice ones out of the bunch! During the break, the bathroom lines were ridiculous! For the expensive concert prices, the venue should accommodate the 12,500 THOUSAND fans with appropriate bathroom facilities!! We went to see Breaking Benjamin, Chavelle, and Three Days Grace on a Wednesday...it was a GREAT show! After reading all the negative reviews about the parking and the traffic, I was a little concerned but...we planned ahead and got there 20 minutes before the parking lot opened. There were only 10-15 cars in front of us. Brought some snacks and chilled. No worries. Got a great parking spot close to the gate. The line to get in wasnt bad either. Security was a breeze as well. Bottom line is...don't try to get there 5 minutes before showtime, if at all possible, and you're in for a great time. Yeah, beer is pricey but, as long as your not there just to get hammered, what's a few extra $$'s for a tasty beverage! Overall...great experience...would definitely see another show here! read more

I had a handbag. Nothing big. They made me stand in line in the 98 degree heat to buy a plastic bag to put it in. STUPID. People were bringing in giant bags full of food and drink, and I couldn't bring in a purse. Once I got into the venue, I pulled the bag off. $10 wasted, plastic in the landfill. For what? Profit. Also, there were portlets with no hand sanitizer during cold and flu season. $18 for a large can of Bud - highway robbery. Staff was nice. read more

Oh Concord Pavilion, how hit and miss you were on my last visit. If you have a VIP ticket or parking pass of any kind, I'm really sorry. Good luck. If you don't, you're probably in for a treat! Parking is rumored to be free anyway. This is a venue built into the side of a hill, with a truly breathtaking view of the sun setting behind Mt. Diablo. Our section had a perfect view and the seats were comfy. The lawn "seats" are a good time, and steep enough that everyone has a decent view. Of course, the venue built into the hill part also makes for your pre and post show workout! I know a thing or two about ushering and line management, and I tried my hardest to be patient. After a truly confusing drive into the venue, where the entrances were poorly labeled and staff only minimally helpful, we encountered snafu after snafu with our tickets and badges. After 5 separate employees giving us conflicting stories on where to go for our VIP package items, I was really annoyed. Thankfully the folks at the ticket booth were a smidge more helpful than the circus act managing the lines. They also weren't very clear on where we were supposed to park with our VIP parking passes, either. Once we did actually find parking, it was nice NOT to have to trek up the hill for once. And once we did finally find where to get our VIP goodies, that was pretty exciting as well. The kerfuffle that led up to this makes me not want to get a VIP anything at a concert here ever again. Most of the staff seemed truly uncaring and unconcerned that we weren't sure where to go, and we were told we were in the wrong line at least three damn times. I won't even get into the fact that my friend thought he had purchased a Meet and Greet, since I'm pretty sure that was his bad and not the Pavilion's. The show we were seeing this time around was Disturbed with Breaking Benjamin, Alter Bridge, and Saint Asonia. It was pretty damn awesome and we had a blast! The amphitheatre itself is well set up for concerts, seating is comfortable and well organized, and there's plenty of beer and food available. And plenty of second hand herb smoke. I just wish they would get their customer service upon entry ironed out. Hopefully my next visit will be better! read more

Wonderful venue tucked within the Lime Ridge Hills area. I've seen several concerts here in the lawn seating and the view is always stunning. It's hard to believe you're in a metropolitan area when you're sitting amongst beautiful hillsides with forever views of the sky in the background. This place has become creative with their ticket offerings and in increasing their food and drink amenities. The staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. I only hope that with more visibility comes increased star bookings. I'd love to see this venue rival Shoreline. With better parking and more stunning scenery, there's hope! Loved seeing many talented artists and look forward to more! read more

Went to two concerts this summer at the Concord Pavilion. Once for Journey / Steve Miller Band and for Zac Brown Band last Thursday. The venue is nice and free parking is always good. The seating and the acoustics are good. The lawn area is smaller then Shoreline. Minus stars for the food and drink concessions. The food is uneatable. Eat before or after the concert. Drinks are hit and miss. Plus stars for the restrooms. read more

Backstreet's back...alright! I came here for the BSB concert on the evening of Sunday, Sept. 8. I loved every minute of it! And I am happy to say that the venue itself contributed to my overall satisfaction of the concert. As a general rule of thumb, I always like to get to concerts right when the parking lot opens. And since parking was FREE here, it filled up rather quickly at the base of the hill. Staff was efficient in guiding cars to their spots and keeping the line moving. Of course, exiting was still a nightmare (40ish minutes of waiting in gridlock) but it was much better than Candlestick Park for the Justin Timberlake and Jay Z concert. I love the amphitheater-style seating arrangements because you can't really have a bad view. I was in the middle of section 205 and I had a fantastic view of the stage and the display screens too. I listened to other fellow Yelpers and brought baby wipes to clean our seats -- thanks ppl! Security was totally cool with us bringing food in, but make sure your beverage containers are either empty or sealed. We did try some single shot margaritas, but they were rather weak and I wouldn't buy a cocktail here again. The only negative is that Kirker Pass Rd / Ygnacio Valley Rd can get rather crowded if you come too late and makes departures too slow. And if you are just a regular commuter during a weeknight, then tough luck w/ traffic. Overall, come here for the summer concerts! + Great Bay Area weather (despite Mt. Diablo being on fire) + Clear acoustics + Free parking + Arrive early + Medium-sized venue so it's not too crowded I'm already keeping an eye out on future concert schedules. read more

I recently went here, specifically because of the Hot Summer Night concert. The workers here are super friendly and helpful. As it was my first time here, I was quite confused on which lines my boyfriend & I would have to drive in, only to realize that Premiere parking had their own line. I paid for Premiere parking and let me tell you, best extra $40 dollars well spent. However, they didn't scan my ticket for it, but they did look at it. So I like to think they don't just let anyone park in the same spots. We got to park in the second row, right by the front, so getting our parking spot and exiting was a breeze. The people who work the Premiere parking area are so sweet too, they helped us park the cars to an exact location and even had individual people standing to where we'd park and guided us into the precise parking spots for maximum capacity as well as keeping every car safe. Originally, I was a little hesitant to get lawn seats but it turned out really great! It allowed me to view the entire facility. Of course, I'm sure it's definitely worth it to have the actual seating in the front, but the freedom you get on the lawn to pick where you want to sit with your group and to be able to lay out on your blankets and such is quite a bonus. However, the food here was subpar and super pricey. I paid $50 for 2 cheeseburgers, 2 drinks and the shittiest garlic fries I've ever had. Surprisingly, the bathrooms were super clean and the 2 times that I went to use them, throughout the entire concert, there were workers inside that were cleaning, the entire time -as in changing the garbage, maintaining the cleanliness of the sinks, making sure the paper towels were full and the floors weren't drench in water. The security here was pretty wonderful. During intermission, I actually went to the bathroom myself, as I didn't want our spot to be taken but also because I didn't want anyone to steal our stuff. Some guy was sort of following me and trying to engage in conversation, luckily, a member of their security caught on to what was going on and ushered me towards the bathroom where this wonderful other lady immediately began in conversation with me until we got inside. Sidenote: There's signs that say no smoking, but tons of people smoke here. Everything from cigarettes, weed and even vape. read more

Funny the way it is. I went into this expecting the worst and came out experiencing the best. I have been to a few concerts here. I got to hang out back stage and make a brief appearance on-stage awhile back. I also manned one of the Home & Garden Show booths, a couple of years in a row. I used to live close enough to faintly hear the music & the gentle roar of the crowd. Looking back, I have a pretty favorable opinion about the pavilion. Sure, it's a good hike to get to the venue itself but the magic in that is: the acoustic that a venue carved into the secluded hillside provides. 2 days ago, I found out within hours of the show that I was going to see the Dave Matthews Band here. I was at work and I no longer live close enough to go home and change. Long story short, I had to go in my business attire - heels and all. I'm sure half the people at the show wondered why this dumb broad showed up in heels. It wasn't by choice. It was better than not going at all! I read some reviews, especially about how parking had recently changed and feared that it would be a big mess. We also stressed about getting there on time and fitting in dinner after work. We had a great experience at the Guadalajara Grill down the street and parking was a breeze (Free!), then began hike #1 to the gate. After realizing that I may have recognized the screaming Jesus guy, I ducked my head and rushed forward to the security line. It only took a minute or so, we were through and on our way onto hike #2. We had general admission pit tickets. Although they weren't clearly marked, the tables to get wrist bands were half way up the hill on the right. Thank goodness my friend stopped & asked if we needed to get them with our tickets because we sure did. Properly banded, we made our way down to the pit. The area in front of the stage was open for standing and all the seats were simply first come, first serve. There just happened to be a couple of seats, front & center in the 3rd row. I'm not used to seats at a concert where you can actually walk in front of the person sitting down! I'm so used to having to dry hump my way over every person on the way down to my own seat. They very much deserve an extra star for not smashing in as many seats as they possibly could have, just to grab at a few more bucks. The sound was excellent, the crowd was friendly/generally well behaved and the whole show was without a glitch. On hot days/evenings (it was an unusually hot evening when I was there a few days ago) the cover over the pavilion that blocks out the sun, it also (unfortunately) traps the heat/humidity in. By the end of the concert poor Dave was one big sweaty mess. We all were. The mass exodus also went surprisingly smooth. The little gem that stays with me was the first of the tour buses coming down the road: Dave in the front seat, waving wildly & grinning ear to ear. Because it was last minute, I wasn't really dressed and had to drive/park/etc..I almost backed out on the opportunity. I can gladly say that I will not lie in my grave wondering if I had spent my day well or dreaming of things that might have been... I went for it and I'm so glad that I did. read more

EASY TO NAVIGATE! Thumbs up to the management here! They were organized, and for about every 40 feet or so there were "somebody" to navigate you to your destination! This is impressive as I have been here several times - and time and time again, I have gotten the same consistent service with no chaos! It starts of with the parking staff (excellent) - they pin point you where to park! Then they navigate you to the ticketing - then they navigate you where your seats are. The restrooms are clearly mark so you couldn't miss it. Who ever designed or redesigned Sleeptrain really thought a lot about when a person is walking and what is the first thing they see ahead! The staff here are super friendly even with all the foot traffic that travels through here. This helps everyone remain calm and follow direction clearly and execute them with ease! I have to say before yesterday for my niece graduation - the last time I was here was for my nephew's graduation a year ago also and probably the next year for the next one graduating - not unless someone really cool comes here then I would take BART and their shuttle from San Francisco! I came here for a concert, and this is definitely a smaller venue compared to San Jose Arena. I liked how the parking is FREE, so fans don't have to pay $20 just to park outside..lol. You should definitely get to the venue early (before the doors open) or the parking lot will fill up fast! I arrived 15 minutes before the doors open, and there were already tons of cars in the parking lot. After parking, you have to hike up the hill to get to the entrance. For those who don't enjoy walking, there is premier parking ($20) up the hill..lol. Sleep Train Pavilion allows fans to bring in food and drinks which is great. All drinks have to be sealed though. I thought it was funny that there was a sign near the gate with a ring on it. All food items have to fit through the ring or its not allowed inside..lol. This sign should be at the end of the parking lot instead of near the gate, since its a long walk back to the car. Once at the gate, there is security check to go through our bags. I saw people just walking through, so they didn't really check. This is not very safe if the security does not check all the bags..lol. Inside the Sleep Train Pavilion, there are a few concession stands selling overpriced food. I didn't like that there was only 1 women restroom location for the whole venue. The lines did move fast, but there should be another location. =) After the event, leaving the venue can be a real pain. All the cars are parked pretty close together, and there is only 1 way to exit. I'd recommend people to either leave early or wait for the crowd to die down. read more

They've taken one of the handicap parking lots and made it part of the VIP parking lot so you have to pay for it which I believe is probably illegal in the state of California and they put the handicap parking off into these dirt, gravel, rocky places to park that aren't safe for people with walkers, canes and people who have difficulty with balance. Then when you get to the front gate with your soft sided six pack cooler, you're told that you can't come in with it and they want you to purchase these bags that are at the ticket booth for $10 but once you get in there, you see all kinds of people with the soft sided six pack coolers, it's so frustrating and irritating. It's hard to really enjoy yourself, You have to hand carry the food and drinks that you brought and no place to put them. I swear it was a big shit show. I wouldn't recommend going they don't follow their own rules and regulations on their website. There's no consistency, which is very frustrating. read more

What a shit show for the CVHS graduation! Got there early. Only having to be stuck in a crowd of people for a full HOUR standing at the gate before they would let us in! and they said there were some security issue which was a bunch of BS , it didn't need to stop us for an hour standing , I was afraid there was going to be an no angry crowd surge, and there was nothing we could do to get out the way by standing there for so long without a way out ! Last night, I had the opportunity to catch Anti-Flag, AFI, and Rise Against at the tail end of their tour at Concord Pavilion. I haven't seen any of these bands in around a decade, which was a treat in itself, but it was also my first visit to Concord Pavilion and I was eager to check a new spot off of my extensive list of visited venues. The icing on the cake? The day before the show, I found out I won 10 tickets, with VIP access to catering and VIP parking, courtesy of Live Nation and the Concord Pavilion. They provided me with an EXCELLENT time to a show I was already planning to go to. First, the VIP parking was super convenient. It's nearly impossible to get closer to the venue itself. In another amphitheater setting? Never happening. At least, not for me. Check in was smooth, too, as they offer a AAA "fastpass" line. I flashed my AAA card and was in the venue within a minute without waiting in line. They told me it's a new promotion they're offering. Fine with me! Another perk of being a AAA member. Upon entrance, I noticed this venue is smaller than the amphitheaters in Marysville and Mountain View, which I'm totally fine with, as it provides a more intimate setting. It was still a bit of a trek to get to the lawn area, but once I got to the VIP lounge up top, Greg gave me wristbands to pass out to my group so they could get some awesome catered food. Big props to Greg, btw, who was not only friendly and provided us with a great time, but was also very communicative in giving directions and went above and beyond in hooking us up. The catered food was great. Steak quesadillas, build your own fajitas, a killer black bean corn salsa, desserts galore, and cans of soda to choose from. I may have went back for seconds. And thirds. During Anti-Flag's set, I went down to the floor to see if the wristband got me access. I wasn't sure, but worth a shot, right? As I was talking to security, Greg popped up and provided me with a wristband and headed back to my group to give them floor wristbands, too. Seriously, Greg is the man. From then on, it was an excellent show, with an excellent view (as you can see). Anti-Flag was great, AFI was just as good as I remembered, and Rise Against played some old songs I hadn't listened to since my high school years. I had an absolute blast, and I can't thank Concord Pavilion, Live Nation, and Greg for providing us with this experience. Fun tip to those considering coming in the future: parking is free and there's a complimentary shuttle that picks people up from BART and takes them to the venue. Parking costs an arm and a leg everywhere else, so consider Concord Pavilion when you have venue options for the next tour you're attending. I'll be back. read more

Had my graduation ceremony here it was nice nothing special but when everything was done and we went to take pictures the staff were very rude not allowing the graduates to take pictures with there friends and forcing them out being real assholes, screaming and the sorts. Free parking, plenty of room to walk around or rest between sets, and great views of the stage, this venue is worth checking out. I've been here multiple times, I think the first time was to check out Dirty Heads 2 years ago and the most recent time was a few weeks ago, when I saw Dirty Heads again as they part of the lineup of BFD this time. The free parking is a big plus to me, as it makes concerts here more affordable than an arena or closed roof venue. There is also an option for paid VIP parking where you can park closer to the venue, but I've never done that and I've always had a relatively short walk from my car to the entrance. Between general admission lawn seats which are the farthest away or the general admission pit (closest to the stage), watching a show here has proven to be worthwhile, as large screens allow the lawn guests to see artists up close even if the actual view is more like a nosebleed view. I sat eight rows away from the pit and had a good view of the stage, but I've also been in the pit and that is my favorite spot. Security does a great job of watching fans and making sure everything is running smoothly, which makes me feel safe since concerts usually get out late at night, maybe around 11 p.m. There are plenty of restrooms as well as food and drink vendors as well as large open areas for merch vendors to sell their t-shirts and records to us merch hungry fans. Can't wait to come back for another show this summer. read more

Quite a long drive from the south bay via 680. Once in Concord there is another 15 minute or so drive on city streets. The venue is situated in rolling hills so be prepared to park and walk up and down hills to get to your seat. There are different levels of parking for fee. I did see someone in a golf cart taking people to the entrance. The stage is large and wide and is partially covered. Today the section in front of the stage is set up with folding chairs. We sat in the first row of the second section, which is still pretty close to the stage. Behind us is a narrow patch of lawn. They have screens on both sides of the stage. read more

Infuriating! They can't be bothered to update their website info on what is permitted and what is not. Fast forward to thousands of people finding out that the low lawn chairs are not allowed and that everything must be in a 12" clear bag, not a small softsided cooler. Chaos. Long walks back to the parking lot to drop off belongings. I don't mind following venue requirements, but I (along with MANY others) checked on the website and planned accordingly. We voted with our wallets and did not spend one single penny. And we won;t be going back. read more

I'm not sure if they're always this disorganized before the pandemic or if they're always like this every concert. I went to see the Backstreetboys finally after waiting 2 longggggg yearsssss! We arrived with just enough time so that we can get snacks and go to the loo before the concert starts. That was the plan. But unfortunately, unclear directions of traffic flow, ticket checker for Premier parking and the long line just to get in because some entrance only have 1 ticket checker foiled that plan. To top it all off, I wasn't aware that they have a no bag policy. So you either have a clear pouch/bag, or check in your bag in their bag checker so that you can get a ziploc bag to put your things in. Good thing I have a tiny purse that I decided to just pocket what's inside and ditch my purse in the car just to avoid the long lines of retrieving my purse after the concert. Okay, finally we got in after such confusion. The venue itself was really open and nice especially for a summer concert. You go up a hill and on top there's a sunken space for the whole stage. Half of it is covered and half is open. The open space is big grass area so you can bring your blankets and have a nice spread while enjoying the music. I wasn't expecting for it to hold so many people since this is my first time going to this place. I may say that despite of unorganized start, the staff and the place itself was very neat and friendly. I enjoyed my concert and sang my heart out. read more

I love this venue. I've been to a number of festivals and concerts here over the years and they always provide great acoustics, friendly staff, and ample parking. They enforce a clear bag policy as most venues do now. But they allow picnic blankets and outside food and drinks which is always nice and cost efficient. The lawn area is excellent for chillin with friends with lots of room to dance. Two food courts and usually lots of food trucks as well. Overall a great space for concerts and events. read more

First time here! First time seeing One Republic! First time screaming so loud and every sec that my voice became husky and would cough every time I talked. Yess, had a great time! Way to, then, the Parking lots: -Way to the parking lot, I'm suppose to go through Gate C to the premium parking. But without any directional sign we went through the Gate A (general parking lot). Omgawd! Cars would just moved an inch and when we were going to the Gate C, saw pack of cars. But still, the parking lots here are huge, saw couple of available spaces. -We arrived at the Gate C and is neighbor to Gate B for premium and disable parking. If you get the Gate B or the Gate C, the entrance to show your tickets and to enter is 1 min or less of walking. Gate A, requires you to walk up a slope and wait in a long line to enter. Hehh Inside the concert: -There are food and drink vendors! Accepts credit/debts/cash! Phew. -Didn't get any food, but smelled amazing~ -Drinks there are lemonade, smoothies, beers, most alcohols, frozen alcohol drinks. Recommend vodka with pineapple/ drops of lemon, and frozen alcohol drink! So fruity, refreshing and energizing ! -Allow to bring your own water, but why, when u could drink anything outside in public loll #GoCrayCray Staffs: -Polite, friendly, outgoing (saw couple of staffs dancing) -Most of every staffs were smiling -Very Helpful. Helped us find our rightful path to the Gate C and showed us the entrance. -Takes job serious. Bathroom staff kept the line in order so the wait time was fast, but wasn't mean about it. Are clean. Stage staffs checked people if some are sitting in the wrong seat or that people aren't entering w/o a ticket My seating area: *Sat at the middle section of the concert -Could clearly see the artists, and personally loved the loudness of the music -But for those who are in the short size, most definitely won't able to see the performance if people were to stand up, so kind of have to stand up too or just stand next to the path when people could walk. ***Cheaper to come and buy tickets than buying it online Concerts are always amazing! This place is a pain to deal with. They change the rules as to what is allowed for an event that contradicts their website. General faculties are somewhat rundown as well. This place sucks... It's easily the worst venue I've ever been to. The venue is run by LiveNation, and you'd think a company that coordinates huge concerts, tours, events, etc could handle a standard concert but damn they can not. 1) Parking is free, so that's nice but the process (or lack thereof) to park was absurd. Letting ONE car at a time pull into the lot, 4 people with traffic control wands asking each other which direction is what and where to go... Literally sat standstill for 10 minutes watching 4 employees direct a single car. 2) Then to get into the venue, standing in a long line because there are only 2 lanes at this entrance to enter with men somehow extremely passive and extremely aggressive at the same time having no sense of urgency that a concert has already begun and there are 100 people in line to get in. 3) Then we get to the bag rule. Yes, we understand the importance of safety and that we live in the USA where guns are less regulated than women's bodies, but the sizing chart for a clutch was next level. If a bag was a centimeter larger than the chart, it was treated like you were trying to smuggle a cooler of beers in. The venue is pretty enough - nice lawn space, a lot of vendors for food/drinks, a lot of bathrooms but so poorly run those nice touches go unnoticed. In sum: extremely poorly managed, extremely untrained staff... 0/10 do not recommend and likely will never go to an event there ever again. It's just not worth it. read more
