Honest, Fair, and Professional.... These are the first three words that come to mind to describe this long standing father & son family owned business: Toyota World. This is a rare place that still runs their business where a handshake and their word actually means something. As one that normally doesn't write reviews, this one was needed and is quite overdue. For most of my life I have owned and driven many Toyotas and put tons of miles on them but even these great cars need some help after awhile. My first encounter with TW was around 13 yrs ago when I had a mid-90's Celica with @280K which I commute 120 miles daily when the transmission started to slip. I called around and luckily found this shop as they were able to locate a used trans with @80K miles and install within two days saving me a lot of money and downtime. I drove the car for two more years before selling to a coworker for he's son first car who owned it another trouble-free 8 years. Over the years I have used and recommended this as a one-stop-shop destination picking up miscellaneous parts for my 1st gen Sequoia I purchased for camping/offroad adventures. Recently around Oct 2024, my Prius was starting up running rough and gradually had gotten worse which was caused my cylinder misfires/head gasket issue; apparently this common mfg problem I was unaware of. As the months went on as expected the problem worsened and by March 2025 something desperately needed to be done. With the insane current car prices and my high mileage driving, I decided to reach out to TW and was quoted a more than fair price for a newly rebuilt engine, complete install with 1 year of unlimited warrantee that could be done within 4 days; once again saving my time, money and a headache. Although I'm only a few weeks and a couple thousand miles in, the car is running perfect and I have the peace of mind that I'll be taken care of. I bought a common part from them and every part I received was damaged. The owner assured me that they will replace the part. It's going on over a month now and still nothing. I've been very patient calling every day to find out what's the status on my part. I still haven't received my part and I'm still calling to check on when they will finally get it in. Next time I'm ordering it from eBay it's cheaper and you can easily return it for a refund not like this place. I believe they have ordered my part from eBay to because last time I was there he pulled a box out and I seen eBay on it. Then he took my part out from the box but it was the wrong part. read more

This place is still a 0 stars for me. Their mechanics are so incredibly sloppy, you'll end up paying far more to fix their mistakes. They will steal decent parts from your vehicle and replace them with older ones. If you are reading this review go anywhere else, pay 2x more if you have to... I called to ask about a part. The lady couldn't help me or didnt know what I was talking about. I got transferred to owner and I told him the code I was provided by my mechanic on a part and he totally went off on me. He said which one I need and was just being rude, obviously I don't know which one I needed. I told him if he knew which one was it based on code and he said " I'm not a mechanic, you tell me what you need" in a bothered tone. Dont waste your time here. This place is the worst place to get parts from. I ordered air bag sensor for more than two weeks and I did not receive it. Each time I call they mentioned we shipped it but I did not receive it and finally she texted me the tracker no number that indicate the part still there in their office. My car, 2003 Toyota 4Runner, required replacement of the master cylinder in the braking system. The dealership only sells the entire master cylinder which on this car is over 2000 dollars. My mechanic contacted Joe at Toyota world and Joe was able to locate a low miles master cylinder for a price that was less than 1/2 the dealership price. I personally picked up the master cylinder from Joe and delivered the part to my mechanic to have it installed. Joe was friendly, professional and honest. I'm very grateful to Joe for locating a very good condition master cylinder which comes with a warranty. I've driven the car with the replacement master cylinder now for several hundred miles and the brakes work great! Thank you Toyota World, Great work! read more

Do not come here. Overpriced me for parts and labor (over $300). They told me my car would be done the next day and then decided to keep it for over a week. When asked when my car would be done the response was "we don't know". My experience here made me angry enough to create a Yelp account, that is how bad it was. Do yourself a favor and find your Toyota parts online or elsewhere. UPDATE: These guys switched my original parts in my car for some other used car parts. They replaced my whole roof and mirrors and some buttons for some older dirty ones. Just the worst! read more

Called in advance to see if they could sell me a bolt for a caliper, stated that they don't usually sell the bolt separately, but could "help me." watch out. they do shady business. they will overprice you for cheaper parts. they will also swap out your original factory car parts for used parts without you knowing. double check everything in the interior of your car. they steal car components then replace it with older/cheaper ones. take a picture of everything on and in your car before you take it in so you will have proof when you receive your car back with different parts. bad business. please do not come here. i repeat, please do not come here. other great places in the area that will service you with much more respect, better price, and better business. you have been warned. read more

This is a probably a less favorite junkyard, I ever visited! I Can not believe it, I lost $50 over nothing! The guy up there sold a cat back exhaust system(double muffler) with one side wrong muffler! In the first day of visiting this junkyard, I asked him for showing complete exhaust system but, he didn't want to bring it, because everything he tried to do, it was part of his big scam! I asked him for full refund because of his mistake(done it by him on purpose), but he refused it! If, you like not to LOSS your money over this TOYOTA WORLD JUNKYARD, check out other places!
