This is a great alternative to have your Toyota/Lexus car serviced; very courteous, professional team in a family business with the manufacturer-certified mechanics to ensure you receive the best service. When I was there they also had a Mercedes sedan in -- so they may be able to accommodate a wide variety of makes. I had my transmission and brake system flushed and fluid replaced. Went today (6/24/2024) to have my 2018 Lexus IS 300 looked at and arrived close to 12pm which is the time the shop closes for lunch. Even so, Josh took time to connect the computer to see what electrical problem may be going on and clear the error. He asked if I could got get a bite to eat. Very pleasant young guy. I came back and within less than an hour the battery changed and out the door for a very reasonable cost. Recommend them and will use in the future! I am a first time ToyoWorks customer. Before even arriving here I phoned several times and spoke with both Josh and David who were very informative over my vehicle. I am a first time hybrid owner and had a lot of questions. Both gentlemen took their time to answer my questions and make sure I was satisfied with the information given. I finally got to bring in my Gen2 prius for routine maintenance and some sensor replacements. I had some further followup questions regarding fuel gauges and tanks which Josh thoroughly explained how all that goes with this specific model of vehicle. It can be tricky and I decided it was best to live with certain issues. Josh could have suggested I do further repairs, but he did not he was honest in what he would do if he was in my situation. They worked on my vehicle right away! I did not have to leave my car like in other specialty shops. The team is strong and dedicated to good work that lasts. I have been treated with transparency and clarity in this experience and as a novice car owner that is much appreciated. The work that needs to be done needs to done. And I am glad Toyoworks is here to do it! The payment options is really convenient, they take alternate digital payment platforms in addition to cash and credit. That is a plus as well! They have an air conditioned waiting room with working bathrooms and water so you are not left sitting under a tree like in most shops in South Florida. I've been going to Toyo Works since 2018. He seems to be the only reliable mechanic that can work on Toyota MR2s, let me tell ya, I will only go to him for the work. Reasonable times, eta, and response! Since then, I've taken 2 additional cars to him And he has done wonders to them. A 1998 Corolla he brought back to life and a 2014 Camry he serviced for brakes. I had already gone there last (2023) year just to check them out and they looked busy and legitimate. This morning I went to have a regular oil check done for my NX 300. They provided the same checks on the motor, checked out the tires, did not rotate them, just checked them out for air leaks and wear. I was in and out in and out in an hour for less than half the price of my local Lexus dealership. Their waiting room was fine, they did not have a "free coffee" machine. Just had my car serviced today and couldn't be happier! This place was recommended by my cousin after I complained about having to deal with Dodge dealership prices for their services. I called and was given an appointment the same day for a synthetic oil change and alignment for my Dodge Dart. Josh the owner was very polite and resourceful. He explained what my car needed with such patience and eagerness to help, that it put me at ease knowing I was in good hands. The office has a small waiting area with a cute fish tank and tv. I don't know what to say. I came here at 10:30 needing a pump replaced on my Prius. I got quoted a fair market price for the part, and in the time it took me to walk past the arcade, across the street, order from McDonald's, get my order, walk back, sit down and take the first bite out of my sandwich, my car was done and he also took a quick look at the other errors my Prius was throwing (both of which weren't really worth looking at as they were old sensors going out on a car with 150k+ miles). I took a Toyota Prius to Toyoworks at 12143 SW 114th Pl, Miami, FL, 33176. They service hybrid cars. They changed the spark plugs and few other hoses. $300. Car working perfectly, no stalling, no lights lit, no codes firing up. I should mention that it was brought here after Kendall Toyota Service Center failed to repair the car after charging over $2000.00. Car continued to stall and codes firing. In addition, they asked for $3000.00 more to change the fuel pump without any guarantee that would repair the car or keep it from stalling. I took the car back and started looking for a new service center. Thank goodness for these Yelp reviews because I was able to gain guidance towards Toyoworks, who have genuine much deserved good reviews. I am working-poor single female-social worker, my son is a full-time student, working part -time. Thank you Toyoworks Service Center for the honest work you do. You have made a loyal customer. My sons 2010 Lexus RX350 broke down in South Florida while driving on the highway. The cars dashboard lit up and gave a load of messages one message was low oil pressure so I had him shut of the engine immediately. Shout out to AMD aka the car care nut on YouTube for making a video on this very problem "This problem can destroy you Toyota V6 engine owners be aware". Since I knew this problem I had him shut off the engine immediately checked the engine oil and it was empty just as I suspected and when checking the underside of engine compartment it was full of oil just as I suspected. He couldn't get underneath the car to confirm this problem 100% since he was stranded on the side of a highway on a dirt median. I suspected the oil cooler pipe was busted since this is the is one of the achilles heel of that Toyota engine (2GR-FE). I had triple AAA tow the vehicle to ToyoWorks in Miami after checking reviews on yelp! And after finding out that the owner is a past Toyota master mechanic. Long story short I didn't have to step foot in the shop and he solved the problem within a day and there was no catastrophic engine damage. Price was very reasonable as well and my son had his vehicle back the very next day. Josh was the point person I was dealing with he was very knowledgeable on the problem and confirmed it was the oil cooler pipe that ruptured and would be replaced with an all metal one that would solve this problem and never happen again. Also want to give a thanks to the actual technician who serviced the vehicle his name is David Easley and the quick turn around time. I would definitely take my Toyota or Lexus back to this shop for anything. read more

This is a long overdue review. I wanted to thank the owner Josh and his team once again for the phenomenal customer service and work on my 1st gen 4x4 Tacoma. The first time I met with them was prior to a long cross country trip to the west coast. After having them inspect my truck in and out, they found it in perfect condition and didn't charge me for the inspection. I even had several questions about my wheel bearings and they took the time to address my concerns including test driving with me in the truck. Great customer service and attention. The second time I met with them was for an issue I couldn't personally figure out. I usually try and do any work to the truck myself but I had a check engine light on and my ODBII computer was not exactly telling me which sensor needed replacement. And since I also had been meaning to take care of a valve cover gasket leak which was more work than I was willing to attempt, I decided to have them do both. The gasket replacement is great with zero leaks and the check engine light is finally off after they replaced my B1S1 oxygen sensor. The third time was just the other day over my check engine light once again. This time, my ODBIII computer was giving me a read-out that could have been a number of things from the charcoal canister replacement to having to disassemble/lower the gas tank and inspect for leaks. Any of these guesses would have been time consuming and costly but I called Josh and he suggested that I simply start by replacing my gas cap. Problem solved!! I highly recommend Toyoworks and they are the only place I'd trust with my Tacoma. Thank you again guys!! read more

I promised myself I would wait a month before writing this review, just to make sure my car would be behaving. Well more than a month has passed and my Toyota Prius is driving like new. Long story short: My car would not park. I had taken my car to the dealer (twice), another mechanic, and finally after some googling I came to Toyoworks. My issue was resolved for less than the 'Advanced diagnostic fee' at the dealer (in good time too.) The owner, Josh, knew more about Hybrids than anyone at the dealer. He was great at answering all my questions and listening to what I was experiencing. I was curious enough to want to check out the computer diagnosis, and I was able to sit in the car and ask questions without any problem. Cool. My only regret is that I did not find this place earlier. (Like before I had gone to the dealer to throw away money) I will not take my hybrid anywhere else and I am recommending this shop to all my freinds and family. If you want professional service, I would definelty take the car to Toyoworks. They offered the lowest price for timing belt replacement package. Had my timing belt, water pump and oil seal changed, also had my valve seals done as there were already signs of leaks.
