I…read moredidn't have to wait 4 months for an appointment as I would have with the instagram model club. Instead I chose a real industry expert that knew what would look fabulous even if I didn't. As a newbie to any permanent makeup and a tattoo, microblading virgin, I was understandably nervous . There was timely communication from first contact to appointment to confirmation. I knew exactly what to expect with masking and sanitation protocols for our safety throughout. Jane calmed my anxiety by explaining the entire process and each step as she artfully, safely, patiently and with the expertise of a professional in her craft since 1994, executed gorgeous, natural looking brows for me. She started like a Dr with medical history paperwork, taking my whole of humanity into consideration prior to getting into the meat and potatoes of the procedure which I appreciated! Jane assessed my face/canvas and drew what she believed would be beautiful for my structure and let me see for agreement. We proceeded to the microblading process and I feel it couldn't have gone better with knowing which parts would be painful vs rest breaks and the tlc I felt from Jane considering all my allergies and well being. I'm thrilled with the result and excited to see how the artfully crafted brows will look after healed. I had overplucked them in the past and they were uneven and thinned out. Penciling them in hasn't always produced an even well manicured effect. Embarrassing at times. Those worries are now over. I'd definitely recommend Jane as a real trained professional in this industry over a fad instagram star. She has an abundance of personality and whimsical charm. If that doesn't appeal to you, may not be a good fit. I started doing some research and decided to go to Michelle after reading some of the reviews. Michelle is very professional. She explained the differences between tattoos and permanent makeup, and what I could expect after she finished. She put me at ease. The procedure went well and Michelle took her time and explained what she was doing. After a short healing process, I was very happy with them that I decided to have permanent eyeliner and my lips done. It looks great and I like getting up in the morning with my makeup already on. I just love Michelle and would recommend her to anybody that is undecided about permanent makeup.

To start, the offices are beautiful and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant. The first artist I met with suggested I meet with Chloe because she has more experience with mens eyebrows. Then I got a consultation with Chloe who was very patient, extremely knowledgeable and importantly, very honest about meeting my expectations given my situation. Patient, compassionate and no attempt to make a sale at all. Chloe suggested I have her office do a laser treatment to remove the shadowed remains I had from a microblading procedure many years ago. She wanted a clean slate and she was 100% right. Almost immediately following the short and painless laser procedure, all of the shadowing was completely gone, which in and of itself, looked much better. Onto the procedure. Chloe worked her artistry with great care and my eyebrows came back to life, even though she required a touch up 5 weeks later, after everything had healed. Today, I went in for the Touchup, talked about the area where the pigment had lightened slightly (which is completely out of her control, I have 70 year old skin) and then she carefully started the touchup. It was so relaxing I think I fell asleep, When she finished, she handed me the mirror and I was extremely happy with the results. Actually, I can't imagine a better experience. I, myself, am an artist and director with a very keen eye for detail... and I am completely happy with the experience from beginning to end. Thank you Chloe.
