Had them install a 2 inch level on my Silverado which included an alignment, well now after 15k miles on my new tires I have very heavy outer tire wear. Not sure they even did an alignment. Would not recommend. read more

My daughter made an appointment for auto start that she purchased on Groupon. The first appointment time was obviously out in the wrong day. She works on Thursday's. So would never be able to get her car there for them to install. We mentioned this to Mike the manager and another day was scheduled. They charged my daughter a late fee for a no show. I understand when companies do this and I'm Informed ahead of time. This happens with my hair stylist and doctors. Which I agree that you should show up. But in no way did they tell her on the phone of the fee or through text or through email. Also their website doesn't mention anything about fees for no shows. Mike the manager was rude and said he could charge whatever he wanted. My daughter is learning to be responsible. I hate when business take advantage of young girls. They had her pay before the service was even started. Since when do you pay for something you haven't received. Have you ever paid for a oil charge or getting your tires done and then they install. This world is full of people and business that take advantage of people. Go somewhere else. And the worst part is that it doesn't work. I purchased what was supposed to be a complete CIPA 36500 kit from Mike at the Green Bay store. When I received it, I took it over to have it installed, only to find out the installation kit, specifically, the wiring harness was incomplete. It was a used harness that was cut in half and had several parts missing. Mike contacted CIPA and they sent me a new one. Since I paid full price, I requested a partial refund today. However, Mike originally wanted me to either return the entire kit for a full refund or have CIPA send me the wiring harness. I am not sure why I would return the mirror when Mike told me he could have a wiring harness sent to me. Bottom line is that I paid for a defective wiring harness that your company made a profit on from me. When I asked for refund today from Mike, he repeated the same option he gave me. I then spoke to Billy Ciuplinski, General Manager - Retail. He stated that since I have a complete kit now, there is no refund due. I am not sure what that has to do with them sending me a defective wiring harness that I paid for. CIPA shipped me the wiring harness directly from their location, not from the Toys for Trucks location, but Billy stated it was shipped from their Green Bay store. Sounds like Billy needed to research this more BEFORE calling me. In any event, they made a profit off me by selling me a defective wiring harness. Since when is it okay for a business to sell a defective part and NOT refund the customer? They didn't pay CIPA for the wiring harness either. WTF?????? I will also be posting this to Google and filing a complaint with BBB. I am seeing a lot of one star reviews on here and if the mirror doesn't work, I will be asking for a full refund. Stay tuned. What a waste of time. Sorry I even bought the item from this shady store. Be aware. Somehow, I think I will be able to get that partial refund. First time I used them was to have seat heaters installed in my wife's highlander. I had to go back because they installed the wrong fuse and the heaters blew it the first time both were turned on. The next time I went in was to have steps installed on my new pickup. I had to go back 3 times for those. The first time was to show them a 3" scratch that they put into the door of my brand new truck. After denial and discussion over 3 days, they agreed to buff the scratch out. The scratch is still visible, by the way. The second 2 times because the steps loosened up and were rattling. There were half hearted apologies and no other compensation for my frustration, time, and effort to have them make it right. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. read more

This company has done nothing but cause more problems for my husband and I. The staff is super rude and not helpful at all. They seem like all they care about is getting money and not the customer. They wired a few electrical things for us and we had to take it somewhere else to be fixed. The wiring installation was so poor that it blew a fuse in our truck and almost started a fire. DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I would have read the reviews before going here. Obviously they have no clue what they are doing. My husband had a new radio put into his 2007 Jeep Commander upon suggestion by our Jeep dealership. He paid a lot of money for it and after having it back there 5 times, it still is not installed right and looks like a 5 year old put it in. I am now back here for the 3rd time because the idiots have disconnected my airbags on my 2017 Jeep Patriot after installing a radio with backup camera in it. Hello! If I got in an accident and the airbags would not deploy, guess who would be completely liable?
