This store sells fake items (NeeDoh, butter squeezy, and Labubu). I would not recommend buying from here. They claim the products behind the counter are authentic, but the "needoh" broke within one minute of stretching/squeezing. You'll know product is fake by just looking at the item. This store knowingly sells counterfeit collectibles. When I confronted an employee about this, they admitted that all of their collectibles are indeed fake and are placed at the front of the store in order to bring people into the door. This is fraud. This place is a SCAM. I should've checked the reviews before coming here, but they are selling COUNTERFEIT figurines/collectibles. I bought a Labubu Sitting figurine and a friend bought a Sonny Angel from here, turns out, they are both FAKE. Below I attached a picture of the real vs. fake Labubu. The price they charged me for the counterfeit Labubu was about the same as the Popmart website, the packaging was also very similar. We had the receipt, but were not aware of their policy. Exchanges are ONLY available for "defected toys". And there's a 30% RESTOCKING FEE? What the. Not only are these toys bought wholesale for dirt cheap, they sell fake labubus and pops. I would NOT buy anything from here, especially the fact that NOTHING is priced until you go up to the cashier. $59 bucks for a Mickey toy that is priced at $29.99 at Kohls, Macys, and Walmart. I returned this weekend with my mom because I've got her addicted to labubu/lafufus now and the same man gave me an amazing price for their Labubu tote bag. If I could rate zero stars I definitely would I came here previously bought three items which didn't last me not even 30 minutes before they popped quality was bad. Today I decided to go in and see if they had any other better quality items. We were looking around when we asked about an item and he said $20 dollars for it and if we didn't like the price that we could leave in the most rudest way. We said we're just asking the price and after he said $20 dollars we asked why he was charging so much for a item that was non-branded and the original item value is $5.99 at target and other locations he continue to scream and yell at us as we walked out. He was extremely rude since the very moment we walked in. I am never buying here again don't recommend he's been rude both times I've gone in. BEWARE Me and my family went shopping for a labubu and found these rather affordable boxes at this place, but of course, once we opened I believe the 3 boxes we bought; the actual blind bag part was pre-opened and looked worn. The fact that they also claimed that it was buy one get the second one discounted, but never gave us the discount was also one of many unfortunate factors of this place. Not only this but when we tried to return and let the employees know that their products were previously opened and fake, and they told us that it's not their fault that we didn't check the products in advance? They also told us that there is no valid proof that it was pre-opened and refused further service was beyond rude. Never going there again, and don't advise anyone else to go here either, the actual product has obvious marker on the cheeks, and staining on the fur, to be honest if it was a good enough product it would have been okay; but for $30, thats just crazy. if you're gonna spend the kind of money you would spend on a regular one anyways, you might as well get the real one. They sell for over 200% the suggested retail price and no less. Don't bother asking for help or else the store owner will pester you to buy something. HIP HOP COSTUME - GOLDEN SHOES I enrolled in hip hop performance workshop about a month ago. I would train for 6 weekends. The performances would take place during the last two weekends in June. According to the choreographer the color of our costumes had to be gold, silver, or black. I had an idea what my costume would be. The main article of clothing I had to deal with were the shoes. Should I go with gold or silver? I decided to go with gold. About 3 weeks ago on a Friday I went to the Nike Factory Store at the Great Mall because I remember a pair of golden shoes. There shoes were still there. I believe the retail price was over $100 but they were on sale for about $49. However there was a problem with the size. My feet are Size 8 but I wear 8 1/2; the pair of Nike golden high-tops were Size 9. So I decided not to get these pair. After leaving the store I noticed the vendor Toys N Motion selling a pair of golden shoes. However the size of the shoes look like for toddlers or little kids. I never asked if it sold adult size shoes. A week later I went back to the Nike Factory Store at the Great Mall. Even though the size was slightly big I decided to buy the golden pair of Nike high-tops. However the remaining pairs were sold. I was getting nervous because I wasn't sure were to get a pair of golden shoes. I'm uncomfortable of buying specialty shoes on the web because I'm not sure of the sizes on internet are authentic US sizes. The next day I went to the Nike Clearance Store in San Leandro with the hope of finding the golden pair of high-tops. No luck as that store didn't carry it. Then I drove to the Nike Factory Store at the Livermore Outlets to see if that store had those shoes in stock. As with the San Leandro location the store didn't have it in stock. Since I was at the Livermore Outlets I went to different shoe brand stores such as Under Armour, Puma, adidas, and Converse. The closest thing I could find was a golden pair of Converse. However Converse are uncomfortable to dance in and those pair cost more than the pair I found at the Nike Factory Store in Milpitas. After Livermore I drove back to Milpitas to head to the Nike Factory Store at the Great Mall. I was hoping those pair were misplaced on the wrong shelf. I went to all the different sizes and I couldn't find a pair. After leaving the store I noticed the vendor Toys N Motion. I asked the sales rep if he sold adult size pairs of the golden shoes. He said he does. I asked if he had Size 8 1/2. He checked to see and this vendor had that size in stock. So I tried a pair. They fit well. If I decided to buy these pair I would have to break them in. Time was short in finding the costume. Those pairs were priced at $50 however he would sell them to me for $40. After going to different stores I decided to purchase the pair of golden shoes. I could have saved one week time if I asked this vendor if there were adult size shoes available. So the moral of the story is always ask what you are looking for. read more

My mother went into the Toys 'N Motion location in Milpitas, California. She is new to America and does not understand English well. She bought some merchandise from this store and was dissatisfied with the quality of the products, as they were far below par. I gave them a call and they had unresponsive customer service and I was forced to drive an hour for this confrontation. Nowhere on the receipt does it state that there is or is not a refund policy and there was not a refund policy clearly posted anywhere. As a matter of fact, there was no official documentation kept of this "no refund policy", except for a poorly handwritten, and egregiously hard to read piece of crumpled binder paper, the size of a Post-It note. To anybody with eyesight issues, or less than optimal eyesight, it's completely illegible. When confronted about this, and when I attempted verify this policy with any kind of official documentation or reassurance, they repeatedly and blatantly falsified titles and misled us into calling phone numbers of people who's identity or position is not clear. They also blatantly lied to my face. They told me repeatedly that there was no owner of the establishment at all and they gave me a fake customer service phone number and I was told this would be the highest person in power that I could reach. Not even 10 minutes later, they changed their story saying that this person was in a lower position than the supervisor I was on the line with earlier. They cannot keep their fake story straight and it disgusts me that they can siphon money away from less aware individuals. I asked for the supervisors number and they did not give it. They were okay with giving me this spoof number, but not the actual number to a "real" member of this establishment, position ambiguous. These exploitative and unprofessional market practices do not belong in a store for children, especially at one of the busiest malls in the Bay Area. read more
