They have a wide variety of items, basically a great one stop shop for gifts for babies and kids. What I like most about it is the variety of high quality items and brands they have. A lot of the more natural or less toxic brands- like Plan Toys, Haba, Janod - that you can't find at most conventional toy stores. Usually these are the types of items you need to order online They also have a whole rotating display of Usborne books! And training chopsticks for young kids. Brio train components and sets. Swim goggles and sunglasses. Gund stuffed toys. Really cute clothes. Dress up clothes. Some backpacks, hats, and small toys.

After I had checked out I realized I was overcharged a little and figured I could do get a refund since it was no big deal and I had just walked out. As I explained to him the situation the cashier responded sarcastically and was visibly upset that he had to do a refund. I was more than happy to spend the money when I first walked out, but now I really don't feel the same.

Can't say much about the pricing unfortunately, as I'm not much of a figurine player- they seemed accurate to other places though- around 80$ for sets, 20-40$ for detailed figures, and around 20$ or less for some basic / premade figures. They had a section at the back near the game room with 15$ pre-primed figures for painting if you are just into painting figs too.

The calendar selection comprises almost half the store. You'll find calendars from every genre like sports, cars, nature, pets, hobbies as well as mainstream cartoon, anime and fantasy characters. Calendars range from desktop, to page-a-day and wall. There are even blank calendars that enable you to write daily appointments, reminders, etc. Toys from infant to teen and beyond can be found here, as well. The selections are not immense but a few that are not found in many stores, such as Metal Earth building kits are sold here. I was surprised and pleased to see hands on board games. Electronic games are cool and fun but for quality and involved family game time, a board game can't be beat. Many are current versions such as Scrabble with an update of acceptable words. Monopoly fans will be pleased with all the many different monopoly themes. There is much nostalgia factor here for all ages. I expected this to be a seasonal store but when we inquired about an item we couldn't find, one of the employees told us it was in stock last year and they may get more for this year. So it seems part of.the store is seasonal but the toys and games are a year round business. Prices are pretty reasonable and the store does have special deals and promotions. Customer service was okay and I didn't have any of the horrible experiences of some others, although it wasn't great either. I found it to be pretty normal for one of these mall stores. Prices are extremely high, which is why I can never give it five stars or anything close. But I still love these stores, and we visit on a regular basis.
