I don't typically find brick and mortar locations of Carter's unless they are tucked away inside some mall or Galleria type location. The physical presence of this stand alone Carter's makes it worth visiting. They have a good online selection, but in all honesty, it is better to visually see and try the clothing in person for your little one. Sometimes what you see online is what you don't get. Children typically grow out of clothing rather quickly. Carters clothing can shrink in size and is not of the splendor variety that will hold its shape and structure forever. Therefore, size up and wash those clothing in cold water! Oh and not everything can be thrown into the dryer, depending on the type of fabric or style of clothing. As mentioned earlier, the customer service here is great and you can ask them anything in regards to their products. I am already loving their autumn and winter apparel. Prices are excellent, patterns are plenty, and they have so many styles and colors for the little one. Loving their beanies, socks, bibs and other niknaks in between. This is a great retail shop, their hours are good and their selection is massive. One could easily take an hour just browsing their variety and trying it on their little bean. I have already picked up beanies and jumpers for autumn. Google might say that this Carter's location is closed, but it is definitely open. If you are in the area, go check it out and see for yourself!

The lady proceeds to look at my items and says return the stuff to the original store with zero explanation as to why I should so I put my stuff back in the car come back into the store and was asked to leave . However, the sales associates happily helped me search for it until we finally gave up. I then started looking for a large black bow tie, but they didn't have that either. The assortment of apparel on the men's side is good, but I wish they carried a couple more items. The service is great tho. Everyone from the sales associates to the cashiers were friendly and helpful. I ended up buying some socks and underwear which were at a great price. I saved about 30-40% of the original cost of the items. I'll come back again in the future when I have the time to really sort through the stacks.
