Been here a few times now, so it's safe to say this is officially our "go to" spot for milk tea whenever my husband and I come back to Vegas. This is my first time visiting TP Tea after getting a recommendation from a friend and I kinda left unsatisfied and unhappy. First the parking lot is so small, however the inside is absolutely nice, long, and spacious and clean. We ordered a few drinks and one of them was the coffee black tea avocado creama. It didn't really look like the picture but what really mattered was the taste. It tasted like a plain latte. No avocado flavor was remotely there. So I politely asked if we could make any adjustments. The male employee response we were met with was "Oh that's how it is. We put 1/2 an inch of avocado and the flavor is faint." I asked if there was anything that could be done. The male employee responded, "No we'll let corporate know though." And sent me away. It feels invalidating as a customer to not be asked why or what could be done to make sure our experience was amazing. He didn't offer a remake initially or even asked if I wanted another drink. It wasn't until we sat down with unhappy expressions when he finally said he could remake it. The remade drink tasted great and much better. It's the lack of care and customer service that made this whole experience unsavory. Menu changes periodically depending on the season. The new series here is their avocado crema series so I tried one of those. So many options to choose from, but I went with a mango tea with avocado crema. They have it in black tea and coffee milk tea and more. Pretty good! Chunks of mango, mango jam, and a bit of subtle avocado cream on top. Since it's TP Tea, I added QQ noodles cause I love the texture. Their milk teas are good as well and this is my first time trying a fruit based tea here. Would def come back to try more. Introduced some friends to TP Tea during this Vegas trip as they don't have locations near them, and they like it too. I need TP for my mouth hole. Now I don't have to go to California for it! TP TEA is a popular Taiwanese chain that has been making inroads in the USA. Branding themselves here as Taiwan Professional Tea, they were one of my faves when they first opened in NorCal. Now that they have an outpost in Las Vegas's Chinatown, I can start to explore their whole menu at my leisure, assuming I can find parking in either the tiny lot or the nearby side street. Comfy cushions and light woods welcome you, and ordering is possible either with an employee or via a kiosk. I opted for the latter and noticed something interesting that influenced my decision. The Lemon Premium Green Tea ($5.95) is actually described on the kiosk as blending lime with tea. It really is lime, and it is really sublime. The distinctive flavors (and individual vesicles) of lime as a citrus are most prominent, but there are also floral tea notes that fuse harmoniously with the backend. I went with less ice (and saw zero underfill) and 50% sugar, and it was actually still refreshingly sweet; 30% will be on my radar for the future. TP Tea is a must-try for fans of lime or of bubble tea in general. The scene has really come into its own lately, and this is one of the bellwethers of that maturation. read more

There's been so much buzz around the new TP Tea that my husband and I were excited to come check them out last week. Their parking lot is small, but we had no issue finding a space. The person who handed us our drinks; however, was not as friendly. Since it was such a hot day, I opted for the Lemon Premium Green Tea with 80% sweetness & regular ice. I did enjoy the refreshing nature of the lemon, but I found even 80% sweetness to be far too much. My husband decided on the limited time Lychee Bliss Iced Tea with 50% sweetness. To me, his was the perfect sweetness level, but he thought it would've been better at 25%. It was fun that his Lychee drink came with a complimentary reusable thermal bag. I enjoyed trying TP Tea, but we'll have to remember next time how sugary their drinks are and get 25% or even 0% sweetness. read more

Came here on a busy Saturday evening and even though the shop was packed (they were hosting a raffle that day), service was surprisingly quick. I liked that they had both a counter and a self-order kiosk, which made browsing the menu easier and kept the line moving. The most popular drink here is the Taiwan Classic Milk Tea with three toppings (grass jelly, boba, and QQ noodle). I didn't want to overload on toppings, so I ordered just the Black Milk Tea (same base) with boba. It was exactly what I wanted--smooth, strong tea flavor with chewy boba. What stood out to me compared to other boba shops in Vegas was the space. Most shops here have the same narrow rectangular setup with just a few seats squeezed in, but TP Tea felt more open and offered noticeably more seating than usual. It gave off a less cramped, more relaxed vibe, which I appreciated. Overall, TP Tea has a solid milk tea, fast service even during peak hours, and a more comfortable space than a lot of similar spots. Inside is cozy and laid back with good seating along the wall and relaxing instrumental music playing in the background. They have a kiosk to view menu details, place an order and pay. Menu offers a nice selection of tea latte, milk tea, osmanthus tea, avocado cream tea, flavored tea, coffee series, as well as non caffeinated. They also have complimentary lemon water. I had a few questions about the menu and asked which drink is less sweet. Typically, all their drinks are made at 100% sugar, unless you make a request for less sweet, you can go as low as 0% and 30%. I tried Avocado Pomelo Coconut Sago ($7.75), so pretty and delicious! I requested at 30% sweet, it has a beautiful layer of mango and pomelo, followed by coconut cream, tiny sago pearls, and avocado cream, so yummy and delightful! I could enjoy this for breakfast and it's not too sweet. Also tried Osmanthus TieGuanYin Tea ($5.50) with no sugar, somehow it still taste sweet. I asked Alyssa and she mentioned the TieGuanYin does have syrup and offered to remake the drink with just the tea and no syrup. The second tea had a darker caramel color and taste even sweeter. I mentioned to Alyssa, and it shouldn't be sweet. She asked the girl that made my drink and confirmed it was made at 100% sugar. Alyssa sincerely apologized and she personally made a new tea for me. I received the Osmanthus tea unsweetened, it has a nice strong flavor, and I love it! Second visit to TP Tea, I'm loving Avocado Pomelo Coconut Sago, it's so refreshing, delightful, and yummy! I requested less sweet at 30%, they make the drink consistently good with mango, pomelo, coconut, sago, and avocado cream. Each topping complements wonderfully together and taste magnificent! Service from Alyssa and Natalie is excellent and outstanding! They're very kind, welcoming, courteous, and accommodating.
