First impression: the service can be better. Upon walking in the entrance, I saw a line coming out the door and couldn't believe that it was just too busy. It wasn't. There was no directions from any staff members guiding customers where the line starts or wraps around so the front door was basically crowded. Six employees behind the counter and not one of them bothered to redirect customers. Line is forming and no one is working the register which basically forces everyone to just use the kiosk. It's a great tool to have, but not to be primarily used to take orders especially when you have a line forming. Another thing, they are charging customers a 2% fee to use their card at the kiosk due to the fact that no employees are at the register. The drinks aren't bad at all. If you like don't like your boba too sweet, then you're in luck. read more

My new favorite boba place! I just wish this wasn't so far from me! The 3Q milk tea is my absolute favorite. I love the toppings (qq boba noodle, boba, and coffee jelly), and you can really taste the tea flavor. Their boba is smaller compared to other places and the chewiness is just right. I get it half sweet with regular ice and it's so perfect. I definitely make a visit whenever I'm on Spring Mountain. Not a fan of the parking lot though as it's tiny and you may need to park on the side of the street which isn't ideal to me. Also, just a side note, they don't take to-go orders over the phone. You can, however order through their 3rd party (I think Grubhub?) and pick up from there...which I find interesting. But nevertheless, service has always been nice and the drinks squally take less than 5 minutes for them to make. read more

Came here three times for the BOGO deals in October. The milk tea alone is already really good I got 100% sweet with less ice and the milk tea wasn't too sweet and just right. The boba itself wasn't really flavored like other boba spots I've been to but was still good. The mango tea latte I would say is so far my favorite drink there, it had some juicy mango bits in it and the cream gave it an almost creamsicle taste. For being a relatively new spot, it wasn't really that busy, we got in and out within 10-15 minutes. TP Tea is located in Chinatown in a small plaza with limited parking. Had to wait a bit to find a spot. We walked in and wow it was so packed. We didn't know where to go to order. There were crowds of people all over! Finally we got to the counter and an employee told us we could order with her or use the kiosk which was hidden in the corner. We ordered a TP Milk Tea and a Coffee Black Tea with Avocado Crema. They have just one size drinks. There is some seating inside. We couldn't believe how crowded it was. We thought it was a good sign. We waited almost 30 minutes from order to pick up. They call your name at the counter for pick up. They were pretty efficient and quick. Luckily the drinks were good and worth the wait. I got mine 80% sweet but could've gone down even more. The coffee taste was there, the avocado crema was light and not too sweet. It was smooth. The milk tea and boba was good too. They do have a variety of drinks on their menu that look good but I will most likely come back on a weekday when they open! It was that busy! read more

It balanced well with the mango and tea flavor. As a fan of both mango and tea, it was a refreshing drink without being too sweet. Prices are reasonable at around $6-7 depending on what you get. I took the first drink and I was so disappointed, but my friend encouraged me to mix it up really well before drinking anymore, and once I did that it made all the difference. I was ready to just give up and throw it in the trash, but let me just say that I really enjoyed the drink once all the flavors were mixed together properly. So I would suggest that you ask for the barista to blend it instead of layering the flavors upon serving. What came to mind when I tried the drink before and even after incorporating all the layers and flavors into one cohesive flavor is that it was a bit too bold for my preference, but that was just my first impression I know they have some really nice pieces on their menu that I would love to try. I would opt for something delectable and creamy with more rich flavors vs the ingredients that are more of an acquired taste for example matcha and strawberry. The staff are nice and I got to try all 3 of their promo flavors for their grand opening. Rich milk tea, good chew on their boba, and the fruit tea is refreshing. I wish I could have changed the sweetness and ice level but they just opened, so can't ask for too much.
