Well, A Team discussed the issue with me over the phone, aligned that it was not an emergency, and it would be best if we scheduled for later in the week to avoid the expensive off hours charge. I mention this because the other companies that called made me believe it was an emergency and had to be dealt with ASAP at exorbitant fees. That gave me a level of trust with with A Team that followed through the the repair. When Adam arrived they were courteous and not once tried to sell us something that we did not need. The repair was done and the pump is much better than the one we had In previously. It is quieter and activates less often because it is not set up properly. The job came in under budget as well. I highly recommend A Team and they will be our go to for any plumbing needs in Indianapolis.

Water heater works fine but a few days later I noted the floor damaged and buckling. Water was under the laminate wood floor boards from the water heater to the wall. The old unit was not leaking. The new unit is not leaking. No other water source and they needed towels to clean some water during the replacement process. It was more water than they are claiming since my flooring needs replacement. They were initially unresponsive then when I did speak to someone they took no accountability and laughed at my request to replace the flooring they damaged. Savings were not worth the damage done.

The manufacturer, although local, did not offer repairs, only new sales since it was out of warranty. The owner of PPSF, came by and observed the unit. It was well over 15 years old, and I don't think it has worked since I bought the house a few years ago. He gave me two options. One option was the most cost effective and another higher option, but less than the water softener manufacturer was offering. I liked that he gave two options and allowed me to decide which route I wanted to go. I ended buying a unit from a local hardware store after scouring reviews and PPSF picked up and installed the unit. They also removed and disposed of the old unit. The plumber showed me how to add salt to my new unit and briefly went over the instructions. He set up the new unit for cycling. I can immediately tell the difference in my water. I recommend PPSF for your plumbing needs if you want a reliable, fair, and knowledgeable service minded professional.

I called two plumbers tbat dah but came out but only seemed reasonable howwver he couldnt do it until Monday. That Monday the came out got the line cleared then provided me a quote. Fast forward I get the money, the got me schedule right away. They came out did the job and I can use my washer again. Now that dig is not pretty it leaves ur yard a mess but Im thankful that my line runs in the back of my home bc I wouldve had a cow had that mess had to be left in my front yard. In short - Nu Flow is great. We had a big sewer issue and they helped us along the way. They…read moreexplained every issue and gave us options with each issue we had (we had many). I suggest Nu Flow for any of your sewer needs. In Detail - We have a 1955 house with cast iron plumbing. We had a notion to have our sewer scoped to see if there were any issues. The scope showed that we had a crack in a pipe and we decided to get it fixed. The person we had do our scope (she only does scopes) found the crack. We selected Nu Flow Indy to come out and give us an estimate. They did another scope and found the cracked pipe. In repairing the pipe we found a bigger issue. We were not on city sewer - we had a 1955 septic tank with a big leach field. So... we had a new sewer system installed connecting us to the city sewer. I found out that Nu Flow is a contractor for Citizen's in Marion County. They were able to get Citizens to come to our house and help solve this problem. We needed a 12' ditch dug at the city main and connect a tap to that pipe. Citizens covered the cost of that dig and the connection. We paid for the remaining. So - I don't like spending money on new sewer system, but given that we needed to do this, I am glad we went with Nu Flow. They did excellent work and had great communication with us on the process. I attached some pictures of the dig. There is one courtyard picture with a small backhoe. Notice that they went under our courtyard sidewalk vs. breaking the sidewalk up. That required them to dig out by hand - this was done in two spots actually. I am sure that for them, it would have been easier to have broken the sidewalk. But, this is a small example that shows that they care about their clients beyond just the task at hand. If I could have done anything differently, I would have just called Nu Flow from the start to do the initial sewer scope. Along this process we dealt with at least 8 people included the office staff on the phone. They were all top notch people to deal with.

Within a few moments they were at my house. Both gentlemen wore face coverings, which I appreciated. They checked on the sink but did not find a leak. However, they did find the sink was not up to code, lacking a shut off valve. They put one under both bathroom sinks. They cleaned up after themselves, were very polite and very professional. They are in the neighborhood, so I will use them again!
