Rather than acknowledging an obvious oversight, they chose to shift blame and offer excuses. I requested a supervisor call me, and I have yet to receive any follow-up. Good companies stand behind their work; this one clearly does not. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and refusal to make things right is a stark contrast to the customer service I received before payment.
