Wow! I'm not really sure where to start here. TR Proz is amazing. They are amazing people and amazing photographers. I met Tiffany on my search for a photographer to take photos for my fashion blog. After talking to Tiffany a few times via phone and text message, we finally got a time and date set to take pictures. When I arrived and met TR Proz, I was so happy we were working together. Tiffany was very opened with what I wanted on my blog. She took me to Merrit Lake in Oakland to take photos. The day we took photos was beautiful outside. There were several people walking around, probably hundreds. However, in the pictures you can't see one person. That really amazed me. During the photo shoot I had several outfit changes. Tiffany was patient and helped me out with my accessories and matching the perfect shoes. We spent about two hours taking pictures. She got some amazing shots. She was creative in her positioning of the pictures and certain angles. The shoot ended and she said that she'd get back to as soon as possible with proofs. A few days later she sent me several pictures from the shoot. They were great! She did such a great job with the photos and the editing. My family and friends saw the pictures and they loved them. I recently did a family photo shoot with Rene and Tiffany near Lake Merritt. It was wonderful to work with them- they are both really friendly, enthusiastic, and are great photographers. We spent a fun afternoon shooting in a dozen different spots (all near each other, along our walk around the neighborhood). I recently got the photos back and they came out great! TR Proz also offered very good value: their price quote was lower than the quotes of the other photographers I contacted. This included lots of digital image files- probably the best one or two shots in each location in a couple poses, amounting to 41 images, with light digital editing (color correction, etc.) included. I also appreciated the fact that they offered a two-hour shooting session. None of the other photographers' quotes were for a session longer than an hour. You might think an hour is enough, but it takes longer than you might expect to walk between different locations, do a variety of poses, get the lighting right, etc. We would have been in a hurry, and we wouldn't have been able to get so many nice shots, if we'd been trying to fit it all into an hour. I was really happy with the experience, the price, and the final results. I'm glad to recommend TR Proz. read more

This dynamic duo along with their assistant and pro editor Sean came to cover my nonprofit organization's day of service entitled Revival: Bringing Back the Beauty Within. After not hearing back from TR Proz for 2 and half months, I finally received a response almost 3 weeks after posting my initial review on yelp. I received a email and message through yelp (they also posted a response to my yelp review-which they have now updated) putting the blame completely on me, a potential customer. I was basically told that I should have tried to call and tracked them down since I did not receive a response and summers are very busy for them (mind you I contacted them at the beginning of April). They also said that they don't conduct business via Linkedin. I promptly explained that I only used LinkedIn after receiving a connection request from the owner, Rene. Furthermore, since I never received a response to my follow-up email, when Rene contacted me via LinkedIn, I thought it would be a good opportunity to inform him about what happened (since it is his company and I didn't have a personal email address for him). At that point, I was not contacting them to book services as I had decided that if I could not rely on a company to respond to my emails, then I sure would not trust them to film something as important as my wedding. Planning a wedding is already stressful without having to deal with unreliable vendors. I replied to their recent email to me with several suggestions including editing their gmail settings. I hope they take appropriate steps to make sure this does not happen to another bride or potential customer. I have decided to add one star since Rene did apologize and TR Proz decide to update their initial response to my yelp review. read more
