To top it all off, she's a great human being and now a friend for life.

We call her the market whisperer, because she really knows the business. We highly recommend Tracey and her team!!

Mrs.Freedman did not locate, showed or even seen the property that we found on our own. She was retained to just make an offer only.. this followed by a series of unethical manipulations of her client with feeding her client with false information on upcoming competitive offers, violated every single verbal agreement, by failing to follow with it in writing, sent fake docusign documents to her client to confirm the results of the agent "property inspection" for which she failed to show up, making appointments that she failed to keep with an excuse "my family members showed up unrxpectedly" .. does one needs more, to arrive to the informed conclusion ?

Bought a Single Family home in 2025 in Manhattan beach, CA…read more I regret involving Mrs. Freedman in the recent purchase of a property, as her conduct was far from professional and did not align with my expectations of a competent real estate agent. From the outset, her focus seemed to be more on securing her commission than genuinely representing her client's interests. Mrs. Freedman did not take the time to locate, view, or even familiarize herself with the property before being asked to submit an offer. Her role was limited to this one task, yet the experience quickly unraveled into a series of unprofessional behaviors. Despite my extensive experience purchasing properties in multiple states, I was shocked by her lack of negotiation skills. Instead of advocating for her client, she appeared to manipulate the situation in favor of the seller, citing dubious claims about "multiple people about to make an offer." Additionally, she repeatedly failed to honor verbal agreements, leaving us in an uncomfortable and uncertain position. Her attempt to bring her dog to the house inspection was inappropriate and unprofessional, and it was rightly rejected by the listing broker. Even worse, she sent a document via DocuSign for my signature to falsely confirm her participation in the inspection--an inspection she failed to attend. Overall, Mrs. Freedman's conduct during this process was disappointing and frustrating. Her lack of professionalism and failure to prioritize her client's interests make it impossible for me to recommend her services. If you're considering hiring her, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for an agent who will truly represent you and act with integrity throughout the process.

Rachel was referred to us by one of my best friends when my partner and I were ready to purchase our first home. We immediately loved her from our first phone call together! Rachel was so patient, kind, and professional during our home-buying process, spending endless hours and nearly every weekend with us as we viewed homes all over Los Angeles. She expertly pointed out the pros and cons of each property- details that would be easy to miss to the untrained eye. Never once did she push us to make an offer on a home, always encouraging us to take as much time as we needed. She truly cares for her clients and puts their best interests first. Rachel is also hilarious, charismatic, and just a genuinely fun person to be around. Our days together were filled with many dad-jokes and laughs, and several agents were eager to work with us after speaking with Rachel. This was huge. My partner and I had no idea how much personality could influence the home-buying process, and thanks to Rachel being so personable, we often learned information that may not have come as easily to other buyers. Although the market was very competitive and we experienced our fair share of bidding losses, we really appreciated that Rachel never pressured us to go out of our financial comfort zone. To say she landed us our dream home would be an understatement. We found and won our home after just 3 months, and on top of that, it crossed off each of our "most wanted" features while still being well within our budget. Rachel took great attention to detail to keep the entire process smooth. Now, not only do we have our dream home, we also have a fantastic realtor who we are happy to call our friend. She is the absolute best and we wouldn't recommend anyone else. THANK YOU RACHEL!!! Side note: She is also a superb photographer and went out of her way to conduct a whole photoshoot with my partner and I to celebrate!

Her advice was terrific, and got us multiple offers within a week with no open houses allowed. We sold over asking price to lovely people. In addition to knowing the East LA, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Eagle Rock, Los Feliz areas intimately, Sara was also very aware of how much we do not know about the market in a crisis. We very much appreciated her drive to get the deal closed to make sure nothing would derail our sale. We had some excellent realtors to choose from and went with Sara because of her kindness and expertise. A pretty good combination! Highly recommended.

Sara answered the phone on the first ring and walked me through every single step of the offer process. I instantly connected to her kindness, patience, and drive. Sara is one of the most dedicated, passionate professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. You can tell she loves what she does and she is extremely exceptional at it. My husband and I put in a competitive offer in on the house and were eventually outbid after the second round of bids (something Sara warned us might happen). Sara said due to its size and price, the house would most likely fall out of escrow, and sure enough, two days later, it did. Throughout the whole process, everything Sara predicted would happen happened. She was always a step ahead. At that point, thanks to Sara's gentle guidance, we'd become smarter buyers and were looking for a home that'd grow in equity. Within three months, we ended up with a beautiful craftsman in Boyle Heights that's twice the size of the original home and more affordable. The only way we could've gotten such an incredible house (in our price range) is with Sara's stealthy negotiation tactics and knowledge about the market. In short: WORK WITH SARA. You won't regret it.

From that day forward, whenever we asked her to show us a house she instantly made it happen. Most importantly to us, she always followed up by obtaining and relaying the answers to every question we had on each property. In the spring of 2018, we thought we were finally ready to sell our beloved home and find a new home. She didn't just leave the search up to us. Everyday Samantha sent us listings of properties we might be interested in. She made herself immediately available to show us homes whenever we asked. She always accommodated our schedule. She never rushed us through a showing. And again...she followed through, obtaining all the information we needed on each property. When putting our house on the market, Samantha didn't make any excuses when we didn't like the first pictures taken. She brought in another photographer and got us the most gorgeous photos. She had our house on the market within a week. She and her always available and very knowledgeable assistant Sherri went through the contacts with us with a fine tooth comb. Samantha is exceedingly trustworthy. With kid gloves and endless patience, she and Sherri answered every question we had. In not the strongest sellers market, Samantha had us a full price offer within 3 weeks. Unfortunately, at that time we also had some medical concerns and it proved too much for us to handle both situations at the same time . With deep compassion, Samantha pulled us off the market and released us with kindness. So there was no doubt in our minds who we would call when we really were ready. In the late summer on 2020, Samantha agreed to put us back on the market at the highest possible asking price. She had us listed in less than a week. She refused to put a lockbox on our house and personally showed our home to everyone interested. At the same time, she took us down to the San Diego area every time we wanted to see a house we were interested in. When our house didn't sell immediately, Samantha remained focused on the uniqueness of the property and was determined to be patient and get us the highest price. In under two months she got us exactly what we wanted. She also helped with every difficult aspect of the even more unique property we made an offer on in SD. Samantha is not only well versed in everything real estate related, but she also has a background in mortgage loans and building construction. She has boundless energy. She never forgets anything. She gives you her undivided attention. Even when dealing with us, as very emotional sellers, and an extremely difficult selling agent in San Diego, she never got rattled. She personally troubled-shot every challenge. She often said to us; "I just want everyone to be happy." We knew that was her true motivation when we watched her personally go to great lengths to make sure the buyer of our home was also getting a house completely in order. Samantha didn't represent them and they didn't ask for any extras ... Samantha did everything she did for them out of the goodness of her heart. She loves people. She loves what she does. She's one in a million. We will forever be grateful to have found this wonderful lady who lovingly guided us through one of the most challenging transitions of our lives. No way could we have done it without her. Thank you Samantha. You are a diamond in the "rough" real estate industry!!
