I've been looking for property's to rent and it's standard to pay and application fee on a home that you're interested in to see if you qualify. I viewed one property they had listed and decided to pay the application fee ($100 total for 2 adults). Every other property company will then use that money to run your credit report and/or background check and provide you with a copy. NOT THESE PEOPLE. I inquired about where my money went and this is the exact response I was given: "The $50 is a non-refundable processing fee not necessarily used to run your credit. We screen the application information and documents submitted to determine the best qualified applicant before we run credit reports." So they use your money to do their job they should be already doing? I am appalled at what a scam this is. It's companies like this that should be going out of business. read more

This is a very strange sort of rental agency. They require multiple means of income verification, take weeks to reach a decision, then demand the move-in cost within 24 hrs of reaching their decision, in spite of stated move-in date at end of month (as that would coincide with one's pay day). It feels like an extortion, not a rental situation. They would rather leave units vacant for months and years rather than adopt a reasonable policy that for one took into account a potential renter's move-in date. read more

Worst experience I've ever had trying to rent a property. They basically get as many people as they can to fill out applications so they can collect as many application fees as possible before making their choice of who they're going to rent to. They are very unprofessional as well when it comes to customer service and even the lady at the showing I went to was very rude and asked us if we could hurry up when looking at the house because she had "another showing in 3 minutes". Shouldn't be scheduling viewings that close together tbh and please and thank you goes a long way. read more

Very poor experience. Agent represented a clean, intact and safe uint to rent. Upon move in the residence was exceptionally unclean. No one had cleaned it. Numerous mechanical defects (loose stair rail, low water pressure, broken screen doors, nail raising up through deck that tore open my wires foot, and it goes on and on). Lacidasical response to needed repairs. Exceptionally poor communication and follow through. Two months in and little if anything is addressed. I won't bore you with details, however it should suffice to say, don't expect even mediocre service from them. I would not us them or recommend them again. You should find someone else. read more
