They can't keep lying to themselves about their ambiguous bs policy, and the rest of the world will keep buying online. **The Business Owner responded to my negative review 7 years after the purchase and seems upset. I ended up having to sell the radio on FB Marketplace 7 years ago and took a $50 dollar hit...was still new in box. The owner told me "no returns" on the phone for used electronics 7yrs ago, and said he wouldn't take it back he didn't care that it was factory sealed in the box. I thought the rx was avc compatible i gained that info on YouTube before opening it, I did this on purpose because I was skeptical and wanted to preserve the original packaging as a new system. I didn't realize how close it was since moving to the island about 15 years ago until we drove by the store on the way to see some friends. I made it a mission the following week to come back and visit when I had some time and I'm glad I did. The store is well-organized and well lit with trains literally floor to ceiling in every scale from Z,N,HO,O and G. I loved looking at everything and shopping for my own collection. Working train sets are great to see and the kids- young and old will love them. The best asset the store has is the great customer service and friendly staff. I was acknowledged when I walked in and when I had a question, the nice man patiently listened and gave a thoughtful answer and offered to test a particular locomotive I purchased years ago with the newer DCC control systems that are out. I bought a few models to build when I free up some time and was happy with the selection and pricing. I was very impressed from start to finish and look forward to my next trip.

I had two very bad experiences. First I returned a defective stroller but they refused to refund me and kept the stroller. After about 5 phone calls Amazon eventually refunded me. Second time, the stroller I ordered as a replacement (by mistake from same seller) was again defective, they kept a 50% ($270) restocking fee because box was opened. They are awful.
