I have shopped at this location since I moved here and I haven't had a issue till now . I have a auto ship subscription for Denmarin liver support tablets 30 count blister pack. When time came for payment I didn't have funds in my account but a day later I had the funds and I tried to reorder and I accidentally set up another auto ship for the same product. When I realized what I did the same day I tried to cancel one of the Auto ship and I followed all the prompts online. I cancelled one Auto ship and I sent 2 online contact forms about my mistake. I hadn't heard anything so the next morning I called TSC and spoke to a representative. I was told they couldn't do anything because pet meds cannot be returned,I understand this, but I cancelled. They couldn't help me. They have already taken payments out for both Auto ships one for $81.57 and the other for $69.53. I'm disabled and on a limited income because of this now some of my bills won't get paid this month. I realize this is because of my mistake but it should never have gotten this far. It should have been much easier to handle this online. I just want my refund of $81.57 for the Auto ship I cancelled. read more

I ordered an air compressor on Oct 25. $2199.00 PLUS I paid $133.00 extra to have it delivered to my home. Per TS website my order has sat in Charlotte for the last 3 days. Yesterday Nov 3 was a failed attempt to deliver, the driver called me to tell me he had the wrong equipment and could not unload my air compressor. The same day TS calls and tells me my order will be delivered Nov 4 and I need to be home all day and wait for a phone call. Its 930 pm Nov 4. No call, no delivery. I called TS at 530 today and was told my order was never placed on the outgoing truck this morning, but no one at TS thought to call me and tell me. I lost a whole day of work waiting for a delivery that TS knew was not coming. I am very dissatisfied, and disappointed with Tractor Supply. read more

I visit this store about 3 times a month. During the pandemic, I find that the employees are not wearing masks. They have them around their neck or around their chin.The cashier wears one and I have been assisted by 4 different employees inside the store, and even a man that claims he is a manager. (No mask) . I took the survey that is on the receipt and got an email. It said that they would contact store and make sure they know to wear mask. I have tried drive up curb service, and had a confrontation with the guy, he wanted to come to the window and have me up the pen to sign for merchandise. I need animal supplies from here, but, may have to drive somewhere else. read more

I buy a lot of bird seed and really like the sassafras seed since squirrels are not that attracted to it. Have been buying a 5 pound bag at Walmart with a price just under $9. Did a search and found Tractor supply in Midland(10 mile drive) with a 20 pound bag for $19.99. Will now check out the prices for sunflower seed when I run low--it was worth the drive!! read more
