He helped me set up my new phone while simultaneously assisting at least four other customers without making anyone wait excessively. He balanced everything perfectly, keeping the line moving while handling the more time-intensive task for me. True customer service excellence! BJ was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Once the rush slowed, we had a nice casual chat that made the whole (lengthy) process enjoyable instead of frustrating. Hands down 10/10 service.
