Two of their cloth hanger sets were broken, as a result it was very awkward to shop moving through the different clothing options. I was also surprised that no one told me that I could sign up for the Vet clinic when I called the store ahead of time. Overall it was an alright experience. read more

If you buy cowgirl boots, make sure they take the security tag off before you leave the store... We had to come back the next day to have it removed. 36 miles round trip. I was annoyed. The Manager apologized sincerely and said he would talk to our original cashier about it. He said that it's something they have been working on but sometimes they forget. Been coming here for many years now and their workers have always been great. They're quick, thoughtful, and kind. The products here are great-I've gotten many different items here. They have tons of clinics involving your animals, like nail trimming. And have a little area for a cat or two for adoption from the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society. read more

Went in to make an exchange on a couple tagged products. Experienced a very negative attitude from a blond woman manager talking to me like I was a toddler. All she had to do was nicely say that they don't carry this item and cannot exchange it. I suggest hiring someone who has experience working with the public. read more

The Augusta TSC is well stocked, but is almost always understaffed. It is hard to find an associate to help you-even at customer service desk. There tends to be only one person on check-out, and long lines, so recently I've left without making my purchase. Upon first opening, the store had great quality products, excellent prices, and a good staff.. Now they never have anything in stock, store is a shambles and useless to count on the website to tell you something is in. Nostalgia of the past experiences keep bringing me back only to kick myself for trying again. Really just need to forget this place. Not reliable. The staff almost run from you. They give you condescending reasons why they don't have anything.. Of course they will be a greater demand for snow shovels in the winter?? Who in the world stocks this place?
