But one thing I did not like was that an employee came to the front to assist with checkout and mentioned openly in front of customers that the "training process in her opinion was going downhill in comparison to other places". It's since moved to the other extreme end of the large parking lot, near the Denton Movie Tavern; the friendliness must have been "Baked in," because going to Day's Ace is like going back into the good old days, when physical problems around the home could easily be resolved by making a quick run to Denton Center.
