Exterior They're sort of tucked away from the main road, so I strongly suggest you use your GPS. Big parking lot and though there are other businesses back there, they seem to be the main draw. Interior Lots of inventory, so it's a bit 'crowded' but not so much as to make one feel claustrophobic. Price / Value I found equine pellets for a very good price. Customer Service The floor associate who assisted us was great. Accompanied us to different departments, was super knowledgeable and uber-friendly. He could not have been a better representative of the company. I even wrote his name down on my receipt so I'd remember it for the review. Unfortunately, I'm writing this review months after the fact and the receipt is long since gone. :-( The cashier was also super friendly. Did her best to get us to buy snacks. Lol. ABC - always be closing - lol but she was sweet, not pushy about it. Other I was pretty surprised at some of their offerings. I was also surprised at the amount of pet food and pet supplies they offer. We were in a bit of time crunch, so I didn't even get a chance to walk the entire store. I bought a garden sprayer last summer for around $30.00 at Hickory Flat Store and it won't work this year. (Diaphragm part came off the pump mechanism and it won't pump up). When I bought it I asked if it was guaranteed and was told it was. I asked how long and was told as long as I had it. Took it to the store today and was told they guarantee everything they sell for only 30 days. I am really glad I didn't buy a lawn mower! What makes it so bad is I was lied to when I bought the sprayer! Needless to say I will never shop there again. shop there again. read more

Tractor Supply is an American chain retailer based out of Brentwood, TN that specializes in livestock, equine, pet, lawn and garden products. Even though the name says Tractor they serve more than just Old McDonald's farm...they also serve Charlie city farmer whose going to try to grow his own organic vegetable in his backyard without his HOA finding out about it. They have stuff like feed for deer, chicken, a variety of bulk dog and cat food, bird seeds, equine products, cowboy boots, and for those that want to try their hand at raising your own chicken...they got stuff for that too....personally its hard enough raising and feeding myself but hey if you can hack it-I tip my straw hat off to you.... I want to say i was so piss off when we went to wash our doodles in the Canton location 1st there was no material to was our dogs and when i went to ask a employee about it they told they were out.So i left to get so materials across the street while my wife was washing them what little they had and while this was going on no other customers was there to bother us so when i came back another customer who is white ask a employee was there any product to was his dog the manager came in with 4 bottles but when i ask they told us they want have anything till tomorrow.2nd while we wash done washing then trimming our doodles the assistant manager came in and told us we was taking to long in there and told him there no signs says u can't and also we wasnt in the way of nobody then the manager came in after and to say sorry then gave 3 free wash then after complain we were taking to long but had to remind his ass they had no product for us who is black but when the other customer came who is white had product for him.All im going to say we was treated so bad and we r done with them. read more

This store is always clean and fairly well organized. The staff has a high turnover over rate at times but everyone is always very friendly and they try to help. I am happy they are close and convenient for basic farm needs! read more

Like many other retail stores, this TSC store has a sign out front stating that a face covering must be worn to enter the store. Tonight when entering the store there was an ignorant idiot behind me without a face covering and they greeted him and said absolutely nothing about it. But an bigger surprise was the CASHIER was not wearing a mask. Other employees were, but not the cashier. TSC clearly does not care about their customers or employees. read more

THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!! Love going here and the prices on dog food alone are cheaper than BJ's and COSTCO and when you have five dogs trust me that is big money. We love shopping here and the personnel are terrific! Also they have pet vaccinations you can give to your own pets for $5-9 instead of having to spend $130 at a VET, that is INCREDIBLE!!!! Other items from gardening to tools were great on price and really like to go here now as a routine. Now even doing pricing on large 2 acre fences and finding they are 20% cheaper than home depot. Surprise that Clark Howard doesn't know about this place!!! read more

Love this store. The staff is helpful and genuinely seem to enjoy what they're doing. They let you try the 4health dog food brand for 1 penny! For the 5lb bag... It's great food at a low price! Last time we went a nice lady had to go grab us a 35lb bag from the back of the store, she came back and it was ripped and spilling no fault of hers. A very small amount had fallen out she offered to tape it up and take 5 dollars off. It was clearly small rip from the forklift, from a new shipment so I wasn't worried about freshness ;-) I love this store. I hate to think of the day when I don't live near one of these! read more

These guys are just a bunch of racists. I come on all the time and get propane bottles filled with my White friends and they bring in expired propane bottles in for farm use. And they get filled with no questions asked. I went in today and Mike treated me like absolute shit he told me he would call the manager and never did. He acted like he tried to call and look busy by hitting buttons on the phone and never once tried to call anyone. Fuck them. read more

A little bit of everything here. I'm from the Midwest and on the weekends, I'd venture through Blain's Farm and Fleet, Fleet Farm or Rural King. This store reminds me of all three but on a smaller scale. Great place for most farming needs. Not a huge selection. (At least not in store) Great prices $ in Dog and Cat Food & supplies! Also, great last minute place to pick up your Western Wear for kids to grand dads! Decent selection of boots and clothes. A local sent me there to check out their Local Board in the back of the store near restrooms. A lot of people on there from Local Services to Lost Pets. I love the hometown feel I get there. If you do find what you're looking for here, you're going to get a good deal. read more

Like all Tractor Supply stores, they NEVER have enough staff. RARE to find anyone to help/ or ask a question. Registers are ALWAYS under staffed. Whether 2 in line or 10, they are still going to have one register open, and they have 1 speed....SLOW. USUALLY a female running the register, which isn't a problem, except that the guys all feel like the rooster in the henhouse, when they can flirt with them. (I'm sure a sexist remark like that will win me a lot of big Trump supporters!!!) Out of 5 years that I've occasionally gone there...ONCE, I found an employee that could answer a question on their own, without having to call 1-3 other people. Even though more convenient, it's often quicker and less frustrating to go to another store...and pay more, than to wait in line, or find someone to help. 3 times I've been, asked if they had a specific item and was told "No". Only to look around for something that might work...and find the VERY item I'd asked about. I've not been in a TS store yet that was staffed appropriately, but this one seems to be one of the top ones for this issue. One, a few miles away...closer to where I previously lived was really bad as well. I called and spoke to the manager, as I done a LOT of business there). She apologized profusely and promised things would change. The next 2 1/2 years before leaving the area.....nothing had changed. read more

Very poor customer service. They never have popular items in stock. I've made more wasted trips to this store. When you ask for them to check in the back for items because they never put items out on the shelves employees give you an attitude. This morning they told me to wait at the back doors for assistance and nobody ever assisted me. I've had a bad experience almost every time I've visited this location. read more

I will never go to this store again. I have shopped here off and on for years and each time I leave, I tell myself that's the last time! This shopping trip sealed it for me. I only had one item to search for and I walked around the store twice. No one asked if I needed help, but this didn't surprise me because they never offer assistance. When I finally got tired of searching I made my way to the cashier to ask for her help. There was no one in line so I thought it would be quick and easy. Just before I reached her, a fellow employee hurried to her and started talking to her about a pizza party that they needed to get busy planning. I was ignored but I kept standing there hoping one of them would acknowledge me. When it appeared that they wouldn't, I abruptly turned and walked back to the center of the store where I saw another lady stocking merchandise. As I was walking away I heard the rude cashier say "WHAT" to my back. When I reached the other worker in the center of the store I politely asked if she could answer a question and she said "sure" so when I asked about the item she rolled her eyes and stated that she gets asked that same question 4 or 5 times a day and that they didn't carry that item. I informed her that their website shows that they do carry it and that it is in stock. She just stared at me. I don't know what their problem is at this store but there definitely is a problem. read more
