I just moved here and I needed everything for my new ranch. After showing Judy the manager my three page list, she helped me select the best products for my ranch, saving me lots of money. She took the time to get my huge order organized so it was literally grab and go. While Eric and Hunter were hooking up the TS rental trailer, she ordered all my online purchases for me and handed me the receipt. Uniquely positioned to fill all your mid-Texas "Wal-Martish" needs... from bailed alfalfa and other horse supplies, to a narrow selection of clothing and shoes (see attached photos!). It even has a wide selection of replacement wheelbarrow wheels! You say you need to find a pickup crossbed tool locker, and want to compare a bunch of different models? Done! Sometimes this place is short staffed, but the employees are always friendly and always help me out when I'm trying to figure out what feeds or hay to buy for my livestock. It's almost like an Ace hardware combined with a feed store. I end up coming here about 2x a week. read more

If you buy boots at Tractor supply apparently it is your responsibility to have the anti theft tags removed. I live an hour away and was told to just drop back by and have them take them off since they did not bother to check at the check out counter. Well that is 2 and a half hours of my time wasted not to mention 100 miles that I have to drive. Not a happy customer. read more

Everytime I come in this store Im amazed. There is only one person working in there that has ever been curtious. No one ever knows whats going on. Ive had to stand at the register and wait while the crew gossips and texts. Questions go unanswered because they dont know. I recently was looking for a product that I can only get at Tractor Supply, living 40 minutes away I called ahead to make sure they had it. I was told they had the item, I asked could you please make sure it is accually in stock on the shelf, Im comming from very far away. Please hold.....Yes ma'am we have it in stock ready for you to pick up. I get there, and guess what, they didnt have it. I asked the person who answered the phone, " did you sell it ?" His reply was, the computer said we had it, I didnt check to see if it was on the shelf. I purchased feed there also. Four out of Four times the feed was infested with some sort of bug that completly took over the feed barrels and the floor around it. I understand that can happen, and they replaced the bags.Unfortunatly they were each bad. I wish they could get it together! Tractor Supply is a great and useful store, but an individual store can only be as good as its staff and management ! I will say there is one gal there that is in there often and she is a good employee. read more
