I grew up in the city so my first visit to tractor supply company is like a fun field trip to a strange place. Over the years, this store became one of my favorite stores for pet supplies - I get my bird feeder/foods, my cat food/treats, and now my dog food/treats. You will be pleased to find how reasonable the prices are, even compare to the very same stuff from amazon. Every spring, they will have the cutest baby chicks and baby ducks in the store. The staff is always amazingly friendly. Plus, you are more than welcome to bring you leashes dogs to the store! read more

I am always greeted by a friendly person when I enter this store. However, I have never been able to find any associate to help me- much less be asked if I needed help. But, today, I was asked by a nice gentleman and helped by same gentleman. It was a good experience- he was friendly, took time with my questions and advised to keep the receptionist if I needed a return. His name tag said "Tim". (But, the young lady at the register had a name tag that said "James", so I'm not sure that's his name or not.) Regardless, it was nice to be acknowledged and helped while shopping here. read more

I have been shopping here for 10 years. I bought a Cub cadet weed eater brand new And the pull cord broke on the first pull. I was eventually able to start it. I tried to return it or exchange it and the staff there attempted to fix it. I've been a mechanic for 30 years...I know what is wrong with it. They refused to exchange or return my 160$. They are unprofessional. And I will never purchase anything from this store. Save your money and go somewhere else read more

The Leesburg Tractor Supply has been our go-to place for a variety of items that are needed for country living. I've probably been in here several dozen times over the years and they have almost always had what I was there for - from bird food to deer feeding supplies to tools and tires to livestock feeders. Interestingly, I haven't found as much as I would have liked in attachments for my tractor; however, in all fairness, the stuff that I need is probably not in stock there anyway. Almost every time I visit, though, I am greeted and someone asks me if I'm finding everything I needed. On occasions where I did need help, the floor salespeople have been quite helpful. I do have to say though, that people do bring their dogs in there (which I'm fine with); however, last time I was there, the poor pooch had an accident in the store in several places, and you guessed it -- I stepped right in it! What a mess! Not the store's fault, so no star deductions... But if it happens again...well, let's hope not! Overall, a good, convenient TSC store. read more

I really enjoy a good trip to Tractor Supply Company. I usually come away with the things I need, and a solid 30mn of entertainment pursuing the aisles. Yeah, I grew up rural, but we never worked the land, so I feel like I learn something new about farming every trip. I also see a LOT of shirts with wolves and John Deere machinery screen printed on them. I got an awesome pink John Deere hat here a few years ago. We always find what we came here for and the service, while, um, unobtrusive, is helpful once you get their attention. read more

I shopped at this store for years and was a Neighbors Club member. Due to increased turnover, knowledgeable and caring employees became scarce. Due to a couple big purchases, I earned some free stuff "while supplies last" at the store. I stopped by there six times in three weeks and they never had any of the free stuff, then my reward expired. I called their corporate number and told my story. They were unmoved. I canceled my Neighbors Club and unsubscribed from their emails. I shop elsewhere now and I no longer get frustrated. read more

This particular location gets 1 star for being close to where my horses are, the 2nd star for the few Associates I actually enjoy engaging with even if I don't "need" their help and the 3rd star is for this location's ability to generally carry what I need for my geriatric and senior horses. Only problem is not with the associates but with how management orders products for the store. I have asked multiple times if the manager can order me the larger size product of what they already carry in the store and pre pay for it since I already am buying other products for my horses and dogs but he refused saying it is not cost effective for him to do that. It also seems weird to me that this particular location seems to consistently run out of product and not be able to understand that there may be certain product that orders need to be increased when it is that particular season for it. I am happy that the local feed store from where I am from is willing to help me out with what this store's manager won't help me with. read more

I went in here for the first time the other day. Was pleasantly surprised.. They have clearance at the front to look through and a bunch of other cool things to look through. If you have a small animal (bunny or guinea pig) check out the bedding/hay/pellets. Super cheap price compared to Petsmart or Wal-Mart. Will definitely come again. read more
