Today I placed a to go order - on the menu it said "Hot N Melty Breakfast Sandwich" - but didn't list any ingredients. Okay whatever, I assumed eggs and cheese and it asked if I wanted to add bacon for $4, which I did opt for. Making my total $14.89 It WAS melty...but had 2 small pieces of bacon and boiled eggs! I have never seen that before, lol. Boiled eggs? Not scrambled? On a croissant breakfast sandwich? Is it because they are premade so its just easier? I wasnt expecting that. I also asked for a cup of water (which I've been given before) and I was told they're supposed to be selling the bottles of water. But I didn't want to buy a bottle of Costco Kirkland purified water... also, I needed a cup with a lid because it was for my toddler. Weird experience today. I love this place though. Usually really good food! Just extremely slow service. Friendly staff. But maybe they should consider having additional people working...and give egg options for their sandwiches...scrambled, fried, or I guess...boiled.
